Great, clean location in about the middle of KS, making it convenient for road trips. Staff was very friendly and rooms were comfortable. Parking ample and safe.

The breakfast was fine, but it was slightly confusing how they had it priced and paid for. I would have preferred a "breakfast included" option for the standard hotel fare and allowed for the menu items to be charged separately. For the price paid (I believe it was the most expensive hotel in the area when we booked), including access to the standard breakfast buffet would have been appreciated.

Room was generously spaced and had a very comfortable bathroom. Everything was clean and in good condition, clearly relatively new. The location was easy on/off the highway with several food options close by.

They are clearly understaffed. What should’ve been a quick, straightforward breakfast took nearly an hour. The tables weren’t cleaned, they coffee stationed needed to be refreshed and when our pancakes and waffles finally did arrive they were cool and tasteless.

We like the location, plenty of room to walk our dogs and the king room was a perfect amount of space.

We had the Thanksgiving dinner and it wasn’t very good, unfortunately. Was not expecting a gourmet meal but I wish I would’ve went a different choice. Also, the room temp was odd. Said 75 but was blowing out cold air. It should have been comfortable at 70 but it wasn’t.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Pool was small but nice.

The breakfast was very confusing. We paid the extra for our breakfast to be included with the room. The breakfast was underwealming. Those who didn't get their breakfast with their room, were charged $10/person. I would not pay $10/person for the breakfast.

Breakfast was included, however, they come with a check for breakfast that you can charge to your room or pay on the spot. In the end, I didn't have to pay because I charged it to the room, however, this seems a little strange.

The bathroom door was barn style and wouldn’t stay closed. We had to block it with a small table in the room, but still remained with a crack. The shower drain plug was broken and water stayed in shower. We had to prop it open with a rag to let it drain. We notified staff and they simply said “apologies for the inconvenience” There were 4 of us in the room with no privacy.

The cooked-to-order breakfast is very good!

Pets shouldn’t be allowed in the restaurant area. A guest either a cat draped over her shoulders was at the breakfast bar pouring coffee, and another guest walked his dog through the area.

Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Bed was comfortable. Rooms were quiet.

Pillows were too soft. Shower is beginning to have build up in crevices. Water faucet in the bathroom is placed too far from sink opening, making it difficult to wash hands. Housekeeping knocked on door and hour before check out.

The room was spacious and felt very upscale. I loved the king size bed, the large shower and the comfy couch.

I wish they would have informed me that the two bottles of water and trail mix and other snacks were complimentary. I thought I would be charged extra if I imbibed.

The steak I ordered for dinner was terrible, I couldn’t chew the meat, because it was so tough. The mashed potatoes that came w the meal were delicious. I usually always eat at the restaurant, because the food is generally pretty good.
