Spotless clean, very comfy bed, everything worked perfectly. Front desk clerk very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with self-make waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, biscuits & gravy, etc. Great variety of condiments for toast/bagels including peanut butter :-) Great location easy to find off the interstate, no road noise though our room faced the highway. Plenty of parking, right next to a huge gas station with good late-night munchie options.

We booked late in the day due to being chased by storms. Upon our late arrival, check-in was quick and we were in the room before the next round of rain. The room was clean, quiet, and breakfast in the morning had both hot and cold items. It was a pleasant experience for such a quick decision. Would definitely stay here again.

Arriving so late we didn't really have an option to request a bottom floor. Our room was on the second floor without an elevator. The staircase was straight up without a landing so struggled getting luggage up a flight of 16 stairs, but that shouldn't take away from the comfort of the room. Didn't like that there was no ice machine on the second floor, but again, doesn't take away from the comfort of the room.

Shamayle (sp?) at the front desk went out of her way to find a room for me late at night. On top of that, it was during the Microsoft issue, so she had to walk everybody to their rooms to let them in with a master key. She handled it with grace and efficiency, and was nice and happy the whole time. A fabulous representative of the brand.

Easy to get to from the main road. Very comfortable beds. The staff were very nice.

The lights from the building next door were very bright. Originally, the booking was on the other side of the building, but I like parking my car outside the room window so they kindly accommodated. I just wish the curtains had more black-out capacity.

We usually book an overnight room in Salina on the way to/from to Denver, Co to our vacation spot in Missouri. On the way to Missouri this time we stayed at the Rodeway Inn in Salina. What a dump that was. On the way back to Denver this time we purposely booked a room at Quality Inn in Russell, KS and we were so happy with the location, the staff, the room, the quietness, and the breakfast food offered was top notch - scrambled eggs folded over with melted cheese, sausage and biscuits, and good tasting coffee. No our next trip it will be Quality Inn in Russell. Thank you for a very pleasant overnight.

I have food allergies and so the breakfast was disappointing to me. However my husband and grandchildren thought it ok

The hotel is tecoveeing from a terrible tornado and extremely bad hail storm. Considering all it wasn’t a bad stay

Everything was very well maintained.

The breakfast was disappointing because no protein was offered even if it helps a lot to have some not to feel hungry in the morning.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate

I drive a large truck and the parking is sometimes good and sometimes not. It us hard to reserve a room in advance due to not knowing of parking is available

Comfortable, hot and clean shower beds were nice and good channel selection.

The hotel as a whole was in need of an update. This DID NOT AFFECT OUR STAY, our stay was great!!!

property is older but being renovated. room was clean and beds were very comfy. The owner/staff was so very nice and accommodated our request for first floor accommodations. this hotel is pet friendly. The location is very convenient with fast food and a convenience store within walking distance. Breakfast was included and had waffles, cheese omelettes, biscuits and gravy, bagels, cereal and very good coffee.
