Location--I needed to stay in Herington. The price--perfectly reasonable price, which you don't see often these days. Breakfast--was more than I was expecting. I appreciate Jay fixing my reservation that I made a mistake on when I booked online and couldn't change on my own. Thank you!

Very clean hotel, comfy bed, good size mini fridge/microwave/coffee maker in the room. Hotel has some age on the carpet and bed spreads but everything was very clean.

I liked everything about our stay. The place was CLEAN, WELL KEPT, and comfortable. Everything worked. Better than many chain motels that charge twice as much. Great to see an operator who takes pride in his business rather than making excuses. We WILL be back.

The room was nice, clean, comfortable. Quiet. All the things you need in a room. bed was comfortable.
24 percent tax is pretty high, which you cant control. But I was expecting a lower price when I got there. I also reserved a single room, and none were available when I got there, was given a different room and told the cost would be the same when i went to pay my bill it was more than I expected and more than what it said when I reserved through booking com

surprise to find such quality in an out-of-the-way place. Staff was exceptionally accommodating, such as helping us find football game on tv.

Nice place to stay, for work or pleasure. Easy access to main roads. Staff was very friendly and courteous. I’ve stayed here before, and was equally satisfied. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great price! Facilities were clean and comfortable. The facility was easy to access. The continental breakfast was convenient and had lots of options.
I would have like the vending machines to have some diet soda options. Would have like an extra blanket and more towels to have already been in the room, but staff was responsive when I asked for extra.
