I love the beds and the shower towels were nice in white even though one of the staff was trying to give me a pool towel to dry with I liked everything I actually took my shoes off in this hotel I felt comfortable.

I didn't like how I never got my 20 dollars back from my stay after the staff told me I would get it back the cable I really didn't like too much.the stains in the tubs from wear in tear

Everything, quite, clean, comfortable and convenient to visit daughter!

Room was ice cold, tried to adjust at unit but it didn't work because the thermostat is on wall. So just sharing for mechanical challenged people like myself. I Was able to adjust temp to my liking. So even that was really a good thing!

Comfy bed and good water pressure in the shower. Close to Fort Riley and plenty of places to eat nearby.

Seemed dated and the fitness facility was lacking, although it is next to a Planet Fitness. When I walked to my vehicle I had to walk through the area set up for smokers just outside the front door. I don’t really have a fix for that but perhaps there is a better place for the smokers than a few feet from the entrance.

Breakfast wasn’t included….went to the pay for your breakfast area to look at the menu but no service staff in sight. Another customer had been waiting & said he hadn’t seen anyone so we just left - drove down the interstate highway to McDonalds.

It’s overdue for an update and repairs. The breakfast ordering was painfully slow and under staffed, horrendous wait time. She didn’t seem to have proper training on Starbucks drinks. The free breakfast wasn’t worth it.

The facility was clean and the bed was sooo comfortable! The room we checked into had a leak in the shower and had built up a kind of film, I called down to the front desk and they immediately switched us rooms and fixed the leak. I forgot my camera battery after check out and they ran upstairs and put it at the front desk for me to pick up. It was a rough weekend and I also left some clothes in the closet but had already left town and arrived at home before I realized that. I called again and they shipped them to be quickly. The staff and service were some of the best I've seen! I can't thank them enough for the hospitality and going above and beyond for us.

All was great, except.....no restaurant and lounge as advertised The young woman at the breakfast nook was fabulous! Great personality and attention to detail.

No Restaurant or lounge

The property is very well maintained and the staff was all super friendly. Our room was not too large, but it was very clean and sufficient. The dog friendly nature of the property - with a big, fenced, courtyard, made it very easy to manage our pets. The restaurant opened at 6:30 on the dot, as promised, and the coffee was good!

Room could have been a tad bigger but it was fine.

The hotel was excellently maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. It was convenient to eating and shopping places.

I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. I feel it should have been included in the price and it wasn't. The staff were mostly friendly. I feel the clerk at check-in could have been a little friendlier; she wasn't rude, she was polite, but she was very matter-of-fact and I feel she should have been a little more positive and engaging.
