Breakfast was good and extremely quiet hotel, which I loved. Comfortable beds and not too far from restaurants and shopping.

Front desk staff could have been friendlier. Upon check-in, two employees were standing at the desk (one behind and one in front) talking. Neither acknowledged me even though I was the only person in the lobby around 7:30 pm. I thought the man standing in front of the desk was being checked in, so I waited patiently, but turns out he was an employee.

Almost everything, over all the room was great and people were kind.

We know all property is non smoking, but it didn't make sense that there was no smoking on the back patio/walkway. It is outside and on the first floor. This means to smoke the guest had to go all the way up to the third floor lobby and out the front door to the parking lot. Just seemed a little silly when there was an outside area on the same floor.

Location is excellent.

The facility is odd. Lots of open, empty space in the public areas made it feel deserted. No comfortable place to sit in the room — the trundle bed is too deep and very hard. For this amount of money, I expected top-notch toiletries, complimentary bottles of water, etc.

The facility and staff were amazing! The pool and gym were great! The back terrace overlooks the river, it was awesome.

Google maps and iOS maps wanted to keep taking us over the river. When we first got to the property we came in to the parking ramp and went down instead of up and missed the hotel completely.

Facility is newly renovated! and I love the layout, almost like you have a bunch of separate spaces to it feels more private! the location is in a perfect spot super close to Mass St. which as a ton of shops and restaurants!

There was construction happening at the back of the property when we were staying and was pretty loud at 7am. It is also near railroad tracks and we could hear trains going by at night and during the day, the trains didn’t bother us as much as the construction though!

Room was great for me and my boyfriend. Room was pretty close and not a lot of walking to it. Parking was super nice and open (due to the time we came in but still awesome)

We couldn’t get the tv to work really at all. Found 1 channel to work….cartoon network 😭😭. Breakfast was a little lack luster. We know it’s COVID time but we thought it was more going to be a omelette bar or something like that but it was just heated up breakfast sandwiches, fruit, cereals, and drinks. Breakfast was still great we were just greedy and wanted more. This is just being nit picky. Everyone was incredible and so nice! Thank you for everything! Will recommend!

Location was perfect. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have had since the lock downs. It had a great selection.

The only issue we had was that the sheets were not in the room for the sofa bed but that was the worst part of the stay. It was easily fixed by the front desk.

I love staying here. It’s near the highway and downtown and right on the river. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was awesome with lots of options and a nice seating area.

The breakfast was good. I did not enjoy waiting in line due to COVID precautions. It was a very awkward set up to pick up breakfast. We enjoyed the room very much, it was clean and comfortable.

The pool and hot tub area are in need of an upgrade. It appears clean and organized, but the tiles are old and discolored.

Breakfast was good. The fitness/pool area was open late. Staff was friendly. The price for the room was fantastic for the location.
