From the minute I stepped in the hotel, Theresa at the front desk made the check-in easy since I arrived a day early. Then after a day being here and my car was hit/totaled, Lisa went above and beyond checking that I was okay and helping my son even get a friends’s car jumped. Being halfway across the country, this excellent staff made the week I stayed here so much better after the circumstances I had to deal with—they are an incredible staff, and I don’t know what I would have done to get through the week!! so if you need to feel safe and comfortable—this is a home away from home!

We checked in in Christmas Day and the employee at the front desk was exceptional. For someone working on Christmas, he had a great attitude, answered all my questions and even suggested the pool, which my girls and I absolutely loved. We stayed at three hotels over the course of our Christmas travel and this was by far the best. The room was great and we all enjoyed breakfast in the morning. I wish I remembered what the gentlemans name was that checked us in because he deserves recognition for being awesome.

VERY clean! Lisa greeted us and was delightful! Great breakfast and big tv in the table area. Hot scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles biscuits and gravy plus beverages and other breads. Many fast food choices nearby and Applebees is a short walk if you want alcohol.

If pressed, I would say that if a big work out facility is important, you might like more machines, but they did have a nice treadmill, elliptical, and step in a clean room near bathrooms….which were also very clean.

Clean fresh bed linens, breakfast, windows that open for fresh air, excellent friendly & helpful staff

the bathtub design seems flawed, the drain didn't work so no baths were possible. However, after giving up on the tub, I discovered the wonderful massage spray device in the shower and I was satisfied! There was outside noise in the night, loud trucks and things like that, unavoidable I'm afraid.

Came to Wichita to celebrate my sons birthday at Topgolf and Aviate park, and found a great rate for this location. They accommodated our request for both early check in AND late check out. Breakfast was great- options and quality were fantastic! Loved food options around for other meals (including the QuikTrip), and appreciated easy access to the highways and interstate.

My only thoughts were- the hotel could use a hot tub for adults in the pool area, and for the place to have more than one elevator.

I felt safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. One front desk staffer helped get my Choice awards straightened out. I used this property 4/2023 for my husband’s Memorial. My son and his family from Colorado and my sister’s from Illinois stayed at property and were pleased with stay.

The hotel staff were helpful and kind. I was traveling with a 4 year old and special needs individual, the staff were pleasant and helpful during the entire process of getting into a room and getting everyone out.

Stronger coffee however, this is a personal taste and the hotel is not responsible for my coffee addiction.

The staff was great! Very helpful and friendly. One young lady went out of her way to make sure we were happy and comfortable.

Very clean and very welcoming staff. Beds were more comfortable than many hotels with soft sheets and ample pillows. Breakfast was fresh and substantial.

The property was clean and well maintained. We liked that the pool was heated and open until 11. The desk clerk was very friendly and made check in and check out a pleasure.

My neighbor was very loud. I could hear his entire phone call.
