Very clean, staff was very nice- Believe the restaurant was in transition from the sign on the outside, but food was good and main waitress was very nice. Didnt see all the “dogs” I read about in reviews, they had a convention going on but didnt intefere with us at all! The pillow “problem” you see in reviews- you just call and get the type of pillow you need - and bed was fine to us- I think some people like to complain!!! Nothing is like your bed, though!! And didnt have any major noise complaints- we were at the end of the hall. And on the 8th floor.

Parking was a minor problem but cant really complain about it.

The room/bathroom was clean. I especially liked the dove pump soap/lotion by the sink and the dove pump body wash and shampoo & conditioner in the shower. Also, I didn't have any pets with me, but saw multiple people with their dogs, so I can safely assume they are pet friendly.

We didn't stay long enough to check out any of the amenities that the hotel had to offer. We were just passing through over night, so it was fine for that purpose.

Everything about the property was good.

The real issue is that some of the staff have poor customer service. Front desk was good, and the young lady at the bar was really great; it’s the maintenance staff that rubbed my wife and I the wrong way. More specifically the night shift crew on the night of July 21. We had dirty sheets…and instead of receiving folded clean sheets, on of the maintenance staff members handed my wife sheets all balled up with an attitude. I had to go downstairs and talk to the front desk crew for a whole new bed spread. The same gentleman from before handed me the new bed set, still with poor customer service. I suggest having that crew go through proper customer service training.

Location was good, we could walk to several restaurants. The grounds were good for having dogs, but we had a problem with others not picking up after their pets. We watched one woman do it, and she made eye contact like "what are you going to do about it". Very ridiculous for such a nice place to stay.

We requested lowest possible floor, stayed on the 7th. When asking for a receipt from them when checking out, they were very condescending.

The catered food and facilities were wonderful but the lady attending the bar for the event was completely incapable and served drinks other than what was ordered, appeared to be operating under the influence of something that was limiting her mental and physical abilities. This was the only thing that was frustrating about the evening and experience for us. Others attending the event also made comments questioning her competency and said mistakes had been made with their orders as well. The orange juice she was serving to mix in drinks also appeared to have soured and was not drinkable. Very disappointing when these first responders and their families are there to enjoy an evening together and received subpar service.

Staff is friendly and facilities are nice. The bar/restaurant in the hotel is a great amenity! Our room AC did not work, so we contacted the front desk. The maintenance men couldn’t fix it, so got us moved right away and gave us free breakfast for the next morning. Mario and Jerry were great!!

It was under major repair and the staff member that checked us in didn’t let us know we need breakfast vouchers so the first morning we had no breakfast. However the staff member that was on made sure we were taken care of for the next morning.

The hotel was very central or not far from many great tourist locations that are in Wichita! The hotel staff was also very friendly and helped us with anything that we needed!

The only thing I was kind of disappointed in was that this hotel didn't have breakfast. But that wasn't too big of an issue because there are many breakfast restaurants not far from the hotel.

The pool, jacuzzi, and patio was very pleasant. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for our plans.

My room never received clean towels,(I had to go to front desk), the trash wasn't removed and the bed was never made. We gave housekeeping until 3:30pm everyday before we gave up. We stayed for 3 days!

The lobby had several areas for conversation and one area for watching tv. It was also decorated nicely for Christmas. The gym and indoor pool looked tempting, but we didn't have a chance to utilize them. Our room was located on the fourth floor, it was spacious, clean and overall a comfortable space. The bed was very comfortable as well. We also enjoyed the service at the restaurant. The food was delicious! The staff was quite helpful.
