I love the overall location it's near everything that I love to do!

The mattress in the room I was in was very uncomfortable, usually the beds are great but this time it was terrible.

Very clean, if a little rundown. Comfortable beds with pristine sheets. There was a mix-up with our reservation, but the staff were very helpful and gave us a second room at no cost to sort it out (we had reserved a double, but they only had singles left when we arrived). Very nice & we were very happy with our stay!

The A/C was very loud, but it did make for good white noise. The part of town seemed a little iffy but we had no issues.

Nice pool, comfortable room. Great location, staff was friendly and accommodating.

Had burn spots on our bedsheets, ask for new sheets but housekeeping never changed them. Front desk apologized for the inconvenience.

Excellent bargain and a good night's sleep. The shower and the heating-air unit all worked well; these can sometimes be problem areas for economy lodging.

No spa; no breakfast; both promised as available. The absence of these things was not a deal killer, but slightly annoying.

We loved the pool and how comfortable the beds were. The staff were friendly and always nice to our dogs. They answered all of our questions and no matter what time we came in they had a smile on their face

We had to have our keys redone three times because they stopped working. The gentleman that fixed them for us was a little rude to us and informed us that we couldn't carry the keys near our phones because it would deactivate them. So my husband started carrying our phones and I carried the key and they still stopped working.

The bed was fantastic and the internet worked fast. Outside lighting was great because of me having to walk my dog in the evening.

I traveled with an older dog and was put on the 4th floor. Luckily I brought doggy pee pads with me or he would have had an accident or two.

The location was great. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean as was the lobby. The pool was great! I also enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna. Breakfast in the morning was a fairly typical hotel breakfast buffet. I was traveling by myself, and I did feel very safe.

it’s an older hotel, and it could use some updating, but for the price I paid, I was happy.

We like the spacious rooms and having a mini refrigerator to store my husband's medicine. I like having a king size bed and the shower was really nice.

I would have to say that the most disappointing part for me every time we have stayed at the Red Roof Inn is the so-called Breakfast that they offer is very disappointing and unappealing. I do not care for Sunny D and would prefer real orange juice and maybe some better bakery goods as a choice for breakfast rather than granola bars and such.

Breakfast was good. Large open dining area and hot breakfast with sausage and eggs.

I did not like where my room was. Just outside our window there was a big exhaust fan on the roof. It was very loud and would wake me up every time it turned on during the night. Along with the noise from the AC compressor, I didn't get much sleep.

I like the size of the room and the friendliness of the staff. The room was clean, everything worked great. The pillows and bedding were very comfortable.

The only thing we did not like was the size of the beds. My husband and I are both bigger individuals so we had difficulty getting comfortable on the full size bed. Other than that everything was wonderful.
