Comfortable beds, quiet room. Good value considering how long I stayed there. Close to restaurants and places I could go spend time with my family.

There were coffee packets in our room but no coffee maker. Fortunately, I brought my own instant coffee so that wasn't really a problem for me. Toilet seat could have been cleaned properly. It had dirt buildup that I scrubbed away with some wet toilet paper. Even though I reserved a non smoking room, I could still smell cigarette smoke inside the room. Probably coming from the rooms next door or people smoking outside.

The pillows! The room had been recently updated. It had a coffee pot complimentary coffee microwave and fridge. A flat screen tv on the wall. The pool was super clean, and though we only sat poolside, it was nice. The staff were very nice and friendly as well as helpful. I needed a shower chair for my wife and they got one in fast speed time!

The room was a disabled room and likely hadn't been cleaned recently. Grit on the floor and a used empty food packet left in the side table drawer. There was a burn hole in the blanket supposedly a non smoking room. The bed slip was ripped on one side because it was too big for the bed. Also they required a $100.00 deposit that was not mentioned in the booking process through booking.com. If you rent 405 there is no iron or board in the room or hair dryer but everything else was wonderful.

Coffee maker was dirty and had to jiggle the on-off button constantly to make it work. It was a headache so I just bought instant coffee and used the microwave to heat up the water. Seems house kipping forgot to check the mini fridge before I took over the room because I found a drink still inside it. Also the freezer part of it was full of ice built-up Microwave was dirty inside so I just cleaned it before using it and good after that. I got a non smoking room. However, the bedding had a couple of cigarette burns. Could be the rotation of their linens after washing them but still....it made me wonder if they actually enforce their non smoking policies in the rooms that are clearly non smoking.

Staff was all very accommodating and friendly it's like we've been friends for years when dealing with each and every one of the front desk clerks, and housekeeping staff all great ppl!!!

Nothing, it was and is a great stay

The staff was professional and friendly as well as helpful as always! The location is excellent… close to I- 64 and to motels and restaurants and shopping centers!

I liked everything about the hotel itself

I had to purchase a separate wifi hot spot and pay an additional $55 a month for service to be able to work on top of what I am already paying for my room. Other than that everything is great

Front Desk was absolutely amazing helped me and didn’t have no problem went above and beyond was excellent and great Nicole was the lady that helped me she’s wonderful she will go outta her way to help you and get the best stay you can have!!!!

I go to Ashland Kentucky to see my kid and my grandchildren two or three times a year, and I stay for at least a week sometimes a month, and they are outstanding they are friendly they are very attentive, I just can't say enough about them plus the value you're not going to beat

the room was very clean and had a table and chairs, which i/ really like. It had a coffeepot which was really handy. Really enjoyed my stay and will book again the next time I come to Ashland.

It is absolutely affordable and not gross as a sacrifice. The staff are so nice. This place is perfect for a family that isn't there to hang out in the room. We actually drove out of the way to stay here and would do it again.

There wasn't anything to be upset about. It is a cheap hotel that obviously has a good staff that cares.
