it’s clean convenient quiet and affordable
you have to walk through smokers outside to get to the parking lot they should be moved further from the front door & the indoor pool was to cold to get in

It was ok. We had no hot water for shower. The room was very hot when we got there. No towels no wash clothes or shower curtain was in room had to ask for them. Over all room was clean.

Very impressed with the man working the desk. He saw me struggling with the kids coming in and asked if we'd rather have a room right across from the pool. Changed us very quickly. So kind and thoughtful! We had a nice stay.

There wasn't a good selection of breakfast. Pretty much just waffles and yogurt with juice or coffee/hot water machine. They had cereal containers but no milk. I understand that the pandemic may have caused them to have less out. But, I feel they should have told us that when we checked in or put a sign in the breakfast area.

The front desk greeter was excellent and very customer service oriented. That first impression meat a lot.
My key card didn't work on all the doors that it should have opened.

Everything... Prior nights we had stayed at another motel in Gallipolis, OH and it was definitely not a good experience. At this hotel, everything was what we would hope for.
