Great overnight stop on the drive from Florida to Michigan. We had our two cats with us, and the hotel was accommodating, comfortable, etc. Yes, we paid the pet fee. No biggie! The hotel did not smell. Fine basic breakfast in the AM before we hit the road for our final day of travel.

The only difficult thing about this property was the parking for a large moving truck. We had a 16' ft Penske truck + a car tow with us....And we definitely accidentally wedged ourselves in and it took about 10-15 min worth of reversing and forwarding in inches to get us out. Beware if you're coming with a large truck! It CAN work for sure, just scout out the parking lot and area first and form a plan!

Melissa at check in was fantastic. This place was quiet, clean, and comfy.

Very clean and very nice room. Exceptional staff. Super friendly. I will stay there again on my way home from my trip.

The only issue I had was that I couldn't get hot water in the morning to shower. I've had that happen at other motels in the early am hours when they are busy. So that will not stop me from going there again.

The staff was very friendly with genuinely warm greetings, attentiveness, and pride in their work. The breakfast features warm cinnamon rolls, vegetarian egg white omelets, cold cold milk and juice, hot fresh coffee, sausages, and plenty of other choices. The bed was comfy, and the shower was hot and exhilarating. The bedroom and bathroom was quite large. It was a great stay!

If you need tv choices there is only 12 channels, but you can stream to the TV easily.

They did a good job providing a safe breakfast during a pandemic.

Location was good, breakfast was nice (great cinnamon roll and okay coffee), and the room was very comfortable. I especially enjoyed my nice hot shower! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

They were having some issues with their keycards, and so we had to be let into our room by staff with a master key. This was a little tricky because I was traveling with my dog, and usually need to go out a few times. But we managed, and there was never an issue with getting into the room. Also, their pet fee was a little more than I was expecting ($50).

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT. THE ROOM RATE WAS ALSO VERY GOOD, BUT, AND I SAY BUT, $50.00 FOR OUR LITTLE DOG IS MAKING ME CHAN MY MIND OF BEING ABLE TO STAY AT YOUR NICE FACILITY.

Booked our stay as newlyweds and received a complimentary upgrade to a nicer and bigger room as a surprise upon our arrival after leaving our wedding ceremony. The hotel was so clean, smelled wonderful, and the staff were very hospitable and accommodating. The breakfast was hot, plentiful, and very tasty--we could not say enough just how wonderful our stay was!

We arrived in the evening around 9 and the woman at the desk was wonderful. Polite, knew what she was doing, helped update info for the loyalty program and was an all-around nice person.

I made the reservation through Booking.com and was quite surprised that when you use a "third party" booking arrangement you DO NOT receive loyalty points. Probably won't book another stay at an IHG hotel. In my mind a stay is a stay.

Breakfast area was better than expected, all the staff were nice

With booking. Com , I booked double beds and only got a king size with not couch, one of use had to sleep in chair, when booking with booking. Com , I was offered king bed with pull out couch or double queen beds, I picked double Queen beds and didn’t get that, but even if I ended up with king size there wasn’t a pull out couch, Holiday in express said its booking. Com that had booked king size bed with no couch, I am debating on using booking. Com again, I have never had a issue with using yall and I’ve ever told others too but after this experience I probably will not use them again.
