Everything ! The Hotel was beautiful , organized and clean. The Desk Staff was Fabulous. At check in Kaydance was exceptional. Besides her normal check in for us , she helped me determine that I had already registered as a Best Western Member and also arranged for us to add on an extra night. She was knowledgeable and patient. Our room was comfortable and clean. Everything was in working order. We had a great nights sleep on a clean and very comfortable bed. The next morning Pam helped me determine my Best Western Member number for future stays. She was kind , knowledgable and has the greatest smile. We felt right at home. Pam helped us with our plans for the day Directing us to the Bourbon Trail to Bardstown and a visit to the Lux Distillery . At breakfast our host was Ron who was also kind and friendly. He was helpful and we enjoyed visiting with him. Once again his hospitality was amazing … We felt welcome and right at home. In addition to the staff above … Housekeeping greeted us with smiles and a greeting when they were coming into work. We are heading to Florida for the Winter and will stay at your Best Western in Elizabethtown next spring on our way back to Michigan for the summer.

The room location was quiet and away from traffic sound on the entrance side of the building.

The room was comfortable, roomy and clean.

There is an annoying rattle in the bathroom door. It did not cause any trouble but you might want to repair it. I have been alarmed to see a second charge for my stay on my VISA card. I phoned the property and Yaana tells me the charge is only a hold on my account and will not complete. Since I had paid fully with my American Express card through book.com, I do not believe the full charge that is pending on my VISA is warranted.

Good staff, room was good, overall good value.

EV charger did not work. This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and the charger has not worked either time. First time, credit card swipers were displaying errors. This time there were new swipers but they weren't powered up. The charger won't dispense without payment and there is no way to pay if the swipers aren't working.

The room was very spacious and extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Even though the handicapped lift for the pool wasn't working. Which was the reason for the visit. The staff did try to help fix the problem. They also made it their main concern at the time. Since they were unable to fix the situation, they gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Which was awesome but the main thing was how they made me feel like I was truly important. That is something you don't see anymore.

Other than the handicapped lift not working I have no other complaints

There was a Mr. Ron who was working the breakfast that morning before we left out. He was exceptional! He was so friendly, and went out of his way to take care of us! The food was also exceptional - have never been treated that way before!

Nothing! It was super clean, comfortable and the front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming! The rooms were spacious with anything you could need for your stay. Again, nothing we didn't like!

Breakfast was great. Mr Ron made my wife and I waffles and assisted us with anything we needed. The area around the facility is under construction and needs to be cleaned up.

We had stayed at the BWP in Owensboro Ky on Saturday and Sunday Dec 2and Dec 3. Each night cost was $123.17 each night. We drove to Elizabethtown Ky and stayed Monday night Dec 4 for $142.21. Why is the weeknights more expensive than the weekend?

The hotel lobby and the room were both very clean. The bed was absolutely amazing on the comfort scale. The coffee/tea bar was a great thing to have available, but some half & half creamer would’ve been nice.

Breakfast was okay, but the only healthy option was a bowl of whole apples and some very thin (see-through) Canadian bacon. Bananas, scrambled or hard boiled eggs, and maybe some half & half for coffee would’ve made a huge difference. Everything was white flour and sugary. Healthier breakfast/coffee options would’ve made this hotel a 10.

When traveling to Etown this is our favorite place to stay. Always very clean and quiet. The location is perfect to get to town or the highway .

I do wish there was better lighting in the rooms. There are several lamps, but could use some updated lighting

Very nice staff! Special thanks to Joe, who welcomed us warmly and to Mr. Ron at breakfast, who treated us like family and didn't rush anyone although breakfast time had ended. Newer very clean facility with high ceilings and wide hallways and large rooms. Shout out to housekeeping for a spotless room and public spaces!

Nothing--All great!

Bed was comfortable, loved the coffee/drink machine. Coffee was always hot and delicious. Elevators were quick getting to floor and were quiet.

Breakfast was not up to par. Eggs were cold and there were no bananas. Peanutbutter was oily on top when opened and very hard, made it impossible to mix.
