Fast, friendly and courteous staff. Room was large and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and had ample amount of pillows. Hot breakfast included sausage gravy , biscuits, fruit, milk, coffee, danish, yogurt, assorted bread, bagels and juice. Bathroom had plenty of shampoo and toiletries. Ample onsite parking . Reasonable rates and will definitely stay there again.

As a short person, 4’11’s tall, the height of the bed was too high for me. I needed to be awarded a gold metal for pole vaulting into the bed. Once in the bed it was comfortable.

Clean room. Biscuits and gravy good.

Not necessarily Ramada’s fault but noisy guests either in nearby room or in hallway woke us up with loud conversation and laughing for quite a while. Breakfast a big disappointment. Eggs cold, coffee carafes both ran out before we finished first cup. One muffin available. Breakfast room TINY. Saw several guests come in, fill plate, look in vain for table, carry food back to room.

The room was comfortable. The bathroom shower and toilet area was small and separate from the sink and counter area which was right at the door entrance which made things a little cramped. Overall, nice room and friendly, courteous staff. Nice to have refrigerator and microwave. The pool area was quite nice.

As I said above, the bath area was a little too congested. Would have preferred a complete bathroom with all the facilities in one area. But this is really a minor detail because the room rates for 3 nights was very reasonable for all that was part of the room.

We liked the appliances, the fridge/freezer helped keep our things we were traveling with. The beds were comfortable and our children actually slept good. Breakfast was good, we liked the selection and the coffee was SO Good. I used to work in a hotel and traveled a lot and this was the best coffee. We were driving from PA to TX so we NEEDED coffee, and we were pleasantly surprised at how it tasted. My husband and I still talk about how good it was.

The only thing I think could have been better was more towels for the 4 of us as we didn’t have enough. Also, the floor around bed and under chairs needed swept as there was candy and dirt/dust.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and just big enough for my needs. Property was close to the interstate, which was helpful since the place I was visiting was 20 minutes away from the property.

The bed wasn't very comfortable, although it wasn't bad enough that I felt like I needed to move to another room. I asked for a ground floor room, which they provided but it was a handicapped room. That became a problem because I was traveling with an 18 month old who hates showers, and since there was no tub, it was an issue. Finally, the complimentary breakfast was only pastries and cereal and the juice machine was either out of juice or out of order. We ended up going out to breakfast both days.

no staff was at the desk when I arrived. I had to wait for someone to show up. they charge my credit card $50.00 in advance in anticipation of damage to the room. this necessitated my requesting an inspection of the room at checkout so that my card would not be charge for the additional $50.00. this caused a big delay in the checkout process.

It was in a great location, many places to eat and shop nearby. Was quiet from road noise and clean. Front desk was very friendly and willing to help with any questions or concerns I had.

Was a lot of baseball players staying, young kids, was a bit noisy from them but Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the freeway, yet surprisingly quiet. My room was spacious and attractive, with great mattresses. The lobby is attractive and inviting. The staff is helpful and friendly. The pool area and gym look well-maintained

Breakfast was pretty limited. I found a wet wash rag on the bathroom floor on arrival.

It was close to diners and although the receptionist was nice she didn't smile alot but then she was back in in the morning with only a few hours break so she was probably knackered

The room furniture was very shabby and under the settee and behind the bedside cabinet was filthy there was a sauce pot and several wrappers behind the bedside cabinet and top of headboard had not been dusted for weeks with the amount of dust that was on there 😳

The reception was good. Had a problem with our keys to our room but the receptionist made every attempt to rectify the problem. I requested a discount because they were unable to provide us with working keys. They honored my request with a 10% discount. Breakfast was good.

We were unable to have working keys to our room. Someone on staff would have to let us in our room.
