I enjoyed the facility. It wasn’t crowded at all and was super quiet at night. We had the perfect room and it was big enough for my kids to play around, have a space for themselves while my husband and I watched tv. We LOVED the pool! Having the option to swim outside or inside was awesome because the pools connected so they could swim from inside right to the outside part of the pool. And it started raining so they were able to leave the “outside” part and still remain inside the pool. And it stayed open until 11 at night! Which was great for a night swim! Check out was also 12 which was awesome for us to be able to sleep in and breakfast went until 10AM (which again allowed us to sleep in some!)

Enjoyed everything. It was a nice hotel for the price. It was clean, blankets and bed was nice.

Breakfast was good, bacon smell in the hall was tough to resist, but bacon could have been crisper for our liking. Room was nice, albeit somewhat dated. All in all it was better than expected, and perfect for what we needed for this long weekend. Nice to see new filters in the HVAC system. Staff was great!

Just a few things needed updated (desk chair was pretty worn, both door seals showed light around the door) Limp bacon. Would have liked a patio somewhere on the property.

Breakfast was wonderful and the staff were helpful and very pleasant, The room was clean and well equipped. I loved being able to park in front of my door outside and having an inside door to the hallways.

They explained they were having trouble with their satellite service, so we didn't have many channels as expected. Still workable. There weren't any places to plug into to charge phones, but we brought some of our own.

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the awesome pool!!! Impressed by the FULL sized water bottles in the gym’s mini fridge. Loved how I could just walk right out of my room, straight to my car, and the breakfast wasn’t too far from my interior door. The facility was clean. The breakfast had a nice selection. The staff was friendly. Would DEF stay here again.

Wasn’t a big fan of needing to go to the front desk for the gym key, but it was easy to get each time I asked, so it didn’t really pose too much of an issue.

Samantha at the front desk was very professional and kind. Exceeded customer service by providing us dinner suggestions and other helpful information. She made us feel very welcomed and was the best service I have ever experienced at a hotel. The room was very clean and cozy. If we are ever in Frankfort again I will definitely stay there.

Room was larger than average. We really liked the layout of the room. There is a door going to the hallway inside the building and another door going outside from our room on the first floor. We parked right outside our door which was very convenient.

The room had a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, HGTV, and was lovely and updated. Very comfortable and cozy. I was worried, b/c some of the property is older, but if you get a top floor room, your door opens on to the inside of the hotel, although some of the 1st floor rooms (all? idk) open to the parking lot. The pool was inside/outside - wish I had time to use it.

Would have liked a hot tub, but you can't have everything.

From the moment of check-in until we left, we were pleased with everything about our stay there! Check-in was easy, the king size bed with sitting area was perfect, the extras - free breakfast (yum!), swimming pool, in-room refrigerator, microwave, iron, hair dryer, and coffee were all very convenient and helpful! The staff was SO friendly and helpful - we asked for ideas of things to do and a BBQ place and we were told perfect places to spend some time and to eat! We even had leftovers (fridge and microwave helpful here!) and needed forks and plates the next day so the front desk person opened the breakfast room for us to get some! The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending in Versailles, and for finding fun places to go. Also, ALL of the staff we encountered were SO great!! I highly recommend the Best Western Parkside Inn, Frankfort, Kentucky!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!

The location was exactly in the middle of everything we wanted to see. From the capital to the cemetery to the distilleries. This is not some fancy schmancy place. It’s not low class either. It’s perfectly middle of the road just like us.

The only thing was that our mini fridge didn’t work.

Parking was right outside the door to our room. The room was spacious and clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Darla offered to sign me up for BW rewards so that I could get a free nights stay. Breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay here again.
