This is a very nice property with a modern feel to it. The location is convenient and the breakfast provided was adequate.

I didn't like the fact that one of the front desk attendants was NOT available when we needed her assistance regarding an accident at the indoor pool. My father cut himself on the pool ladder and we could not find anyone to provide bandages or a method of cleaning the wound. We had to run up to our room, soaking wet, to get bandages and Neosporin for the wound. The front desk attendant I am referring to is African American, with glasses. I do not know her name. Even after ringing the bell at the desk, no one came to help us.

Nice variety, food was hot, coffee was excellent and very neat and clean.

We were very happy with our stay, everything was great!!! But I think I may have been confused and rated your hotel with the one we stayed at in Fort Wayne, which was also nice except for the layout, the problem with Fort Wayne was there was only 6” between the bed and the air conditioner and because the window treatment pulls were on the wrong side, I had to climb on the bed to close the blinds.

I stayed for a few days with my three children it was pleasant very clean good breakfast. The front desk morning lady was great very kind, she was wonderful especially with my kids couldn't ask for better service from her...

I had a great stay besides the manager being really rude... The fire pit is listed on here but the manager states it's not for visitors.... He asked if me an my friend was in 1 room which obviously we needed 2 with me having kids they need a better manager.. other then that it was pleasant... They need to update on the fire pit online since it's no longer for visitors 🤦😐

Good location, although didn’t know you could hear the train, and it’s on a busy road.

The curtains on the window had food, or something on them. A pillow in a drawer had drool stains on it. We were at the end near an exit. Every time someone let it shut, it rattled our door and I thought someone was trying to come in.

Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Family was impressed with everything that was offered. We will be staying with them again. 10 out of 10

That we couldn't cancel without losing money. We had a family emergency come up. Tried to cancel or reschedule and was told there was no cancelation without losing the total cost. Couldn't reschedule bc I'm not sure when it could/would be. Thank goodnes, the family was able to work it out and come for the 2 day trip.

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Extra bedding and plenty of linens provided.

The breakfast could use improvements. There was no yogurt. Eggs and sausage were not hot. Sausage gravy was congealed. Orange juice was watery.

The motel was clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. All of the rooms systems worked as they should have.

The breakfast was just adequate. The eggs in particular were hard lumps and there was not a choice of side meats.... link sausage or nothing.

Booking allowed a two queens bed room for me and my friend and when arrived there was no double be rooms.. then the guy trieed to call to fix issue and tried to check in the other people till my friend got a nasty look and i repeated 3 times we would talk a king room and we would just deal with sleeping together ..... still said he had to call n fix it .... finally fter i changed my tone he ave us the penthouse which had multiple beds but the checkin was a disaster... after 20hr day in car

The staff were awesome! I really appreciated their smiles and friendliness. My family and I particularly enjoyed the pool and hot tub!

The only thing that could have been better was to have more different type of snacks.

good location, good price, overall room was clean.

pool was not in the greatest shape, but worse and scariest was how incredibly slippery the floor was when exiting the pool area, I almost fell multiple times. I sure hope no one has gotten hurt. the person that checked us in also was not that friendly.
