The suite was nice, more than I needed, and the location was a quiet area near I-75.

The breakfast was out of food by the time I arrived. Workers were blaming it on a delayed delivery and not handling it well. I didn’t bother to go down on the second morning but was told it was better despite no delivery being made. The shower doors were almost impossible to slide, needing realignment or silicon. I made coffee in my room…no sugar, no creamer, no decaf and I tried using two of the coffee cups which both leaked. I threw it out.

The rooms were very big and clean. The breakfast had a very good assortment.

Every day there was a new piece of whatever in the elevator... crumbs, a cleaning bottle, a little spoon. The stairway to the second floor, as well as the hallway, smelled like marijuana.

It’s a brand new hotel. It still smelled new. was told it’s been open only a couple of months. The beds were comfortable, staff was kind and helpful. It appeared they were a little short staffed like most places these days but they had great attitudes. They had a hot breakfast, the waffles were good and they had a good selection of other options.

Their cleaning crews could do better. The previous person had left a pair of socks in the closet that were still there when we checked into the room, but overall I was pleased with the hotel and would stay there again.

The front desk staff were very wonderful! They were really helpful and very nice. The breakfast was wonderful too. That was the reason we chose this hotel and we were not disappointed.

Your photos online were not so good. The photo of it from the outdoos made me unsure if it would be nice or not. The photos of the room did not look so good either.

Excellent hotel! I booked it a couple hours before arriving and was a little nervous because the price was lower than most hotels but was pleasantly surprised! Newer hotel, very clean, large size rooms that comfortably slept 5 of us. Nice pool and served a nice hot breakfast. Highly recommend, will definitely stay there again.

Husband was there to have surgery at Georgetown hospital and it was in a perfect location and a very very pleasant stay ,Staff very friendly , seen the good hospitality the way an elderly lady with walker need help getting her breakfast and the lady supplying and keeping very clean helped her make her plate and carried it back to her room for her very very nice people place and clean

Room didn’t have microwave , but was able to use microwave on main floor

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the facility. The staff were friendly and prompt! Our room was a King room with a kitchenette and was very spacious! The room had quite a bit of storage space and plenty of charger ports and outlets! The over all vibe was cozy and welcoming! 10 out of 10 we would stay here again and I would pay the same price again! ecstatic!

Easy access on and off I-75 The desk staff was exceptional!!! I would definitely book this hotel again! New hotel. clean facility. comfy bed.

there was a hiccup with the original room’s condition. but it was immediately attended to by the desk staff and we were placed in another room. I believe it’s due to short-handedness in help these days. other than that issue I would’ve given it an Excellent rating.

Close to all the things we were doing and a aood location as well. Room was updated with technology and very comfy.

WeI only got half a roll of toilet paper when we checked in, dishwasher was broken and smelled bad as well, and they only had dishes for 2 people.
