Breakfast was good. I stayed multiple days and there small changes each day which I appreciated. The food was continually refreshed so your always had a choice The desk staff were very friendly and helpful; able to provide directions and recommendations

Our room was only cleaned twice during a 7 day stay. We had to request replacement towels several times as well as garbage bags and we emptied the bins. We were told there was a shortage of cleaning staff. If this is the case then additional and or larger bins should be in the room. Guests should be informed that rooms will only be cleaned occasionally. A discount for guests staying more than a few days.

it was very clean, you could still smell a hint of bleach on the towels and bed linens(good things!!) the lobby smelled great and was clean, friendly staff Grounds were clean and well kept

complimentary breakfast was lacking a bit , coffee wasnt good, not a huge selection of anything , would be nice if they added yogurt and bacon.... some guests near me were very noisy, but they did settle down at a reasonable time some of the towles did have end seams missing so they were a bit frayed on the ends , I would expect towels that didnt need repair the pillows..... regular size ones would be great and maybe a little softer

The hotel is in a perfect location for visiting the Kentucky Horse Park. The rooms are large and clean, featuring a nice shower with both a rainfall showerhead and a second handheld showerhead. The breakfast was also enjoyable. Despite the issues we encountered, such as noise from the hall, a domestic incident next door, and some minor inconveniences with the room amenities, we still found the hotel to be great overall. These negatives didn’t significantly bother us, but it’s worth noting for anyone seeking a quiet stay.

We could hear every noise from the hall, including people talking in their rooms when we were in the hall. A violent domestic incident occurred in the room next door, starting at 9 pm and continuing all night. Loud footsteps, as if someone was running across the room, persisted throughout the night. The toilet was inconveniently placed right next to the barn-style bathroom door, though this made it easier to hold the door shut when it slid open. We booked through Booking.com for 2 adults and 1 child (age 12). Booking.com indicated that kids were free, but the hotel’s confirmation listed only 2 guests. Additionally, we received only 2 washcloths both at check-in and when the room was cleaned.

Easy to get to, clean, comfortable, affordable and complimentary breakfast, which was very good. The staff were all very friendly.

The pillows were all too puffy and way too uncomfortable for me. I slept without one. Everything was super clean. The only thing we didn’t like was waking up to a barking dog!! And when we went to get on the elevator, a women was being dragged but her dog on the leash(it was not under control) and almost jumped on us. It was a boxer type and looked like it weighed way over 30lbs!! Little dogs ok, but that was ridiculous! Maybe put all the dogs on one floor at end of hallway. Also someone was smoking and the whole second floor smelled from it!!!

The breakfast was good and it had a changing variety of the main part (eggs/meat) and the standard of other things. I would rate it a little above other standard breakfasts we've experienced over the years staying at various hotels. Things were very clean and the staff were friendly .

There was very little light in the rooms, as there were no overhead lights, only two table lamps for the beds and one on the main table facing the window. It made for difficult reading at night, and being gone during the day when there was plenty of daylight didn't make up the difficulty at night.

The staff was amazing very friendly very hospitable very helpful for knowledgeable especially Sharnelll was the best. The roads were enormous very roomy was so nice that's for very comfortable room was exceptionally clean breakfast was really good the options were there were amazing probably the best breakfast I've ever had in a hotel I've even had to pay for breakfast in hotel restaurants and this was better than that they really go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible I would definitely stay in another one or go back to this one.

The location of the property was perfect for our visit. We were greeted very warmly by Tara and made to feel very welcomed. We did the online check in, which allowed us to be unloaded and in our room within five minutes of our arrival.

This particular location seems to have been poorly built when it came to solid flooring. During our first night, I had to call the front desk due to the guests above us seemingly running back-and-forth across their room well past 10:00 p.m. The gentleman at the front desk assured me that he would make a call to the room and discreetly handle the situation. It did very little to stop the noise from the room above us. During our second night, we had a repeat of the night before and once again made a call to the front desk. Tara took the call this time and I was very pleased with how she handled and resolved the situation. Our second night was very restful.

I will definitely book with Glo again. The staff was outstanding and helpful from the day I arrived until I checked out. The front desk staff took care of an issue that came up with the third party Booking.com and when my husband and I checked out he forgot his Apple Watch and the hotel called us right away that they found it and we were able to get his watch before we left for home which was 6 hours away. I truly can’t say enough great things about my stay. Thank you for your excellent hospitality.

The hotel was a perfect location for us because we wanted a hotel close to I-75 because we were just spending the night on our way back to Michigan. I'm not familiar with the Lexington area but I don't think it was close to downtown. The facilities were very modern and the interior had a young vibe appeal. The exercise room and pool would have been used if we had spent a longer time at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The person in charge of breakfast constantly came in to make sure the food was replenished and my wife said her eggs were the best of the 3 hotels we stayed at on our trip. This was the only breakfast that had a selection of cut fruit. Rather than the usual sausage, they had ham.
