The mattress and pillows were so comfortable I loved them. The air flow and air conditioning worked great and smelled clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

When you took a shower the tub filled up a bit with water as the drain couldn't keep up with it. It was a little tricky communicating with housekeeping just because of the language barrier but they were helpful. There was a small lounge area that would have been nice to hang out in at night but unfortunately it wasn't open and I assume that is due to short staffing. There's really no place outside to sit or relax.

Room was nice, spacious for what we needed for the night. Being on a road trip, it was just one night, but we got the rest we needed. Staff were accommodating.

A little wait at the front desk after check-in. People that are already checked in shouldn't have to wait for people checking in to ask for towels, pillows, toothpaste or any other items they may needed. But, maybe hotel was short staffed that day. I'm only stating this because I was tired after checking in and needed extra towels. Only one person was at the front desk and checking in at least two other people at the time. Then staff member said, if anyone who is not checking in needs anything, let me know. However, I had checked in just 15 minutes before and felt ignored by front desk. But, no worries, I decided not to complain. It just felt unwelcoming to get that reaction from the front desk after waiting about 10 minutes.

It was my second time staying. Staff was friendly, hotel very clean. Overall, the hotel is right off the interstate. Great location. Everything was 12 minutes or less away.

Didn't like breakfast. It was more like a grab & go cart....no meat, eggs, or potatoes. NO POOL! Luckily, Cracker Barrel was right across the lot in walking distance.

The room was very clean and super comfortable. The pillows were some of the softest I’ve ever slept on and I’ve stayed at some fancy hotels before so that’s saying something. The thermostat was on the wall and not on the actual unit so I really liked that. made it much easier to control the temperature of the room. the gentleman that checked us in was very nice and I loved his humor. Hot breakfast bar with eggs, gravy, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal, danishes, toast, juice, milk. I could go on and on. We did try out the gym. It was very nice. I had forgotten my toothbrush and toothpaste but was able to get some from the front desk. The location was okay. only about 10 minutes or so from New Circle Road. I would definitely stay there again.

The price of the bottled water and microwaveable food was insane!! There’s a Shell station across the street from the hotel that you can get things you need in a hurry, for much less.

Decent. Floors carpeted which makes it a little dated as other hotels I’ve used have vinyl wood look flooring. The vinyl flooring makes for cleaner floors as carpeting hides ‘nasties’. There was some peeling paint on wall. Beds were clean and pillows were plentiful. In room small refrigerator but no microwave. Beds were clean and well made. Plentiful pillows. Desk and chair very useful.

Carpeting, can conceal dirt. No microwave. Peeling paint by door on wall.

Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff and breakfast were great.

I like a more adjustable shower head. Hand held would be great. I asked through Booking for a handicap room as my wife and I are both over seventy and a regular tub is a little intimidating. We didn’t get it but everything was fine.

Fairly clean, modern, good location.

Had to request extra supplies instead of house keeping checking room daily. Breakfast offering was minimal and mostly carbs. Not diabetic friendly. Lighting in room was dim. Not a problem for me but was difficult for my older traveling companions.

Breakfast were the usual items you find at most hotels, cereal, toast, waffles, coffee. No eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns. There is a Cracker Barrell across the parking lot though.

Our room was quite a ways from the front desk. It wasn't a problem after we moved our vehicle.

It was a roomy and comfy bed. Front entrance was very large. I think it used to be a well known S hotel.

Breakfast was not good at all. No protein at all. coffee, oj, apple juice, apple, Bread, muffins and corn flakes. Waffle press was there but no batter to make. Just hot iron sitting there. Went MacD next door for bk.

Very good location for those who need to hit the road. Spacious and comfortable and very good breakfast I found it interesting in the bathroom to have places with some need for movement

carpets are not my favorites. It needs to be renewed
