Nice and modern! Prime location in downtown Lexington! Everything in walking distance! Bed was ULTRA COMFY, but not too soft! Coffee maker in room was a plus! Shower worked GREAT! Pool was super clean and REALLY WARM! It felt like a warm bath! Perfect for sore muscles after traveling! The restaurants and bar was nice with VERY GOOD FOOD! I recommend you get the Buffett, ask for Chase as he’s a PHENOMENAL server! Best one I think I may have ever had! Parking is easy, I chose to Valet my car. Every time I called (both times) for something they got it for me right away! Their gym is state of the art, and the pool ALWAYS has clean towels! I will absolutely stay here again! Oh and the front desk staff was AMAZING!!!

The ONLY thing that needs help with, the dang elevator, and the hot tub needs some love. It’s a tad outdated, and the lining is coming up. Leave the pool alone though! It’s PERFECTION!

We loved how close the hotel was to lots of restaurants, shopping and the Rupp Arena. It was very clean and spacious. Hotel parking was easy to figure out. We loved the connecting walkways to Rupp Arena.

The beds were listed as queen size; however they were definitely full-size beds. There was a lot of elevator construction which only left one elevator for more than a dozen floors. Things moved pretty slow due to that.

Room service food was good, delivered hot, and not too costly. The guy that delivered our food was really nice. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable.

When we went to our room our keys didn't work. They came up to our floor and brought us new cards though. When we left the garage our parking key didn't work so we were stuck at the gate for 10 minutes waiting on them to lift the gate. I had to call back after the 10 minutes, and it was opened immediately. I feel like they forgot we were sitting there. The bathroom needs updating, but it was clean. The fixtures were old. It was hard to get the shower to work.

The location is perfect and the view of the city is amazing! Our room was large with plenty of space. I loved that we could easily walk anywhere downtown.

Our room was hot. Even though we had our thermostat turned down to 60 degrees I don't believe it ever actually reached that temperature. We didn't sleep great at night because of it and I have to wonder how anyone could survive staying there during the summer. I know we weren't the only ones who had this problem because someone in the elevator told us they had to go request a fan because their room was so warm. For the price that we paid to stay there I would expect the heating/cooling system to be effective.

The location was perfect - just what we needed. It was only a matter of steps to Rupp Arena. Our room was awesome; the bathroom was huge and well-appointed, the furniture - particularly the wonderfully comfy bed - was nice and very enjoyable - and the overall experience was top-notch.

The line for check-in was shockingly long, and I have no idea why. All staff members were friendly and appeared to be working as hard as they could possibly work - so it remains a mystery to me.

Service was excellent. When the drink vending machine was not taking my card and I didn’t have exact change, I asked front desk for help in breaking a large bill to make smaller bills, and sure enough they all helped in making that possible.

The two drink vending machines I tried could not take my card no matter what & how I tried, but it lead to the employees on their great assistance. I did end up lost on the 2nd floor trying to find which way lead to the skybridge walkway and the other to the 2nd floor parking garage, would’ve been nice to have clearer signs showing the way.

Other checkin clerks did not acknowledge me who weren’t attending to customers and just having a general conversation with each other, but Christopher who just finished with a customer saw to me promptly. I called out that that was poor service and I appreciated his prompt and courteous response.  To which the other clerks tried to make light of their rudeness when it was found out that Christopher and I were from the same home town unknowingly.

We Absolutely Loved The Bridge To The Rupp Arena As We Was There For A Cheer Competition. The Beds Was So Cozy And The Rooms Just Felt Like Home. I’m Not Sure The Gentleman’s Name Who Was Working The Front Desk But, He Was Absolutely Amazing And Helped So Much So To The Gentleman Working The Night Of 11/18/23 Thanks For All Youur Help. My Daughter Loved Your Personality And You Made Her Feel Very Welcome And Less Nervous About Her First Competition! 😊😊

Great view of RUPP ARENA/Triangle Park. The location was across the street from Lex Live Entertainment Center, which boasts Sports bar/grille w/massive TV screens all over, bowling, arcade for kids and a movie theatre with power reclining seating. Hotel was clean and the included breakfast(extra $) was buffet, and made to order omelet bar. It was very, very good!!

Overpriced. But then again, no downtown hotels are economical

Teresa at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. She was caring considerate she makes the atmosphere at the Hilton to feel so welcoming and cozy. Thank you Teresa for everything you most definitely make it easier to come back we absolutely adore you. Thanks Tina Frye

Honestly everything was nice except I could not figure the air conditioning so the room got very stuffy.
