Location ! In Lexington for UK Orientation. Easy 5 min drive to campus.

Only negative- we stayed 2 nights. Our checkout morning we made it to breakfast right when they had begun cleanup. One of the attendants was extremely kind to my young daughter and said to get some breakfast. The woman who appeared to be in charge was just rude. And let it be known with her words and body language she was annoyed with us- she basically shoved the food at my daughter and then slammed them onto the cart. When we were walking back to our room we saw we were not the only ones coming for breakfast on the later side and others were there too. It was a very unfortunate and uncomfortable experience in a otherwise very lovely stay.

Tru hotels have THE best breakfast. I’m a cheapskate at heart. So if I pay more than $120 for less than 12 hours in a room the breakfast and the bed has got to be worth it. Tru is my new favorite but I’ll be checking in much earlier from now on lol. Thanks!

Not that staff had any control over this, but there was a stampede going on in a neighboring room. There were children running/stomping around after midnight on a weekday. After driving all day and finally settling into bed that was an interesting surprise. Babies are on baby time so I just got over myself and my attitude and finally fell asleep. I had initially called the front desk after an hour of waiting and they offered to put me in a different room which I declined. I was too exhausted for all that. The room was huge, the bed was comfortable, and I’ll be staying there whenever I head back to Virginia.

I didn't get her name but I checked in after 6:00 pm and the young woman at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and friendly. There were no water bottles for sale and she went out of her way to get me bottled water!

I was able to order through Uber Eats but I wished there were more options in the area to walk to dinner. My own fault as I should have checked the area out a little more.

Very clean facility, bed were very comfortable.

Front desk clerk wasn't very welcoming when I came in. She wasn't at the desk and waiting a few mins, then she came out. She leaned on the desk they whole time adding me into the computer. The front desk Clerk that checked me out was amazing.

The desk clerk was wonderful. He was a very nice and helpful man. Beds were super comfy and everything was very clean.

We got down to breakfast at 730and it was virtually empty. Coffe bar was well stocked...food was not. 3 pieces of bread for toast. Eggs were good

Welcomed right when I walked into the hotel. (That’s bonus pts) Front desk was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Great room, even asked if I could take the bed home. (so comfortable) Great breakfast, coffee and attendant.

Nothing.

The complementary coffee was available 24/7. Stayed here for a week while my dad had open heart surgery. It was so easy to walk from the hospital to the Hotel. We felt very safe and the people that works at the Hotel the whole staff made sure we had what we needed. They went above and beyond.

Everything was awesome, the hotel, the food, location, price, and breakfast! It is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in!

It rained. Lol!

The property was very clean. The building appeared to be fairly new.

The walls were not very soundproof. I could hear my neighbors upstairs and around down the hall.

Location was close to campus at UK, shower was fabulous!

I could not figure out how to get the TV to work- too late to call for assistance. Street noise was a little loud.
