How courteous, and friendly the staff was thru this whole experience.

The phone didn't work, but that's in the wall somewhere, maintenence said, but I have a cell phone so that was no problem. The air unit was awfully loud at times off and on. Sometimes the room was cool, other times it was 79 degrees inside, almost as hot as outside. That was the only inconvenience. And if it was turned off, it still made noise but louder than when running the air. Couldn't really hear the TV because of how loud the air unit was. And as of today I'm still in the same room with the same noise. Just grateful considering being homeless.

It was close to where I was going so it was very convenient

I don’t like the fact that they upcharge for amenities but I guess that’s the way of everything anymore show you one price but you have to pay more for the things that should already be included in the original price

The room was very clean and the king sized bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was typical of that style of motel room and very clean. Air conditioning was adjustable to individual comfort. TV was set available with choices of news and entertainment channels. It was a comfortable, basic room for an overnight stay. It is within walking distance to 2 restaurants and one fast food place . There is an elevator which we did not use. The night and morning managers were pleasant and helpful.

We could have used another small soap but it was not a big problem. There was no morning coffee available possibly due to covid-19 regulations. It was hard to see the lobby on the end of the building.

The second time, staying here, the same lady was working the front desk and let me have an early check-in at the last minute. They are very friendly and fat to check me in. I love this location and the room is great for the price.

My only complaint was my remote, barely working.

Some punch list items should be taken care of, especially caulking around the tub spout to prevent water damage around the shower and on the ceiling in the floor below--otherwise, just some cosmetics. Toilet was adequate. Does that go in the other category? I like the shower rod and curtain and shampoo. I like the 11 AM checkout.

The deposit for the safe and the refund that only sometimes follows when you ask for the refund is puzzling to me. Smoke always seems to find its way into the unit. Not having a refrigerator makes this property a last resort within similar price-points. Laundry facilities are not up and running.

The young lady that checked us in was very pleasant and helpful! The room was clean, the bed was clean and comfortable, we were very pleased!

The toilet was a little too low for anyone with knee arthritis. The sink handle was a little tight which again was rough for someone with arthritis.

Room was clean Rachel check me in and she was super nice and helpful I am looking forward to seeing you all a gin next year for the Lexington open wich is a disc golf Avent

The location is great to all of the course we played Riniy B Shillito Park Veterans Park was the 3 I played they all so played Jacobson Park and falling spring

The stuff in a hotel are really amazing folks, the room has cleaned every day, the bed sheets also has changed every time I asked for. I really recommend this place to stay with family or friends.

Genuinely just a nice atmosphere. Almost everyone was very nice, even the neighbors were kind and quiet.

The TV remote is a bit weird? But it works! Bed was extremely worn on the one side, probably could use replacement.

Location. Comfortable bed. Good lighting. Good TV. Nice lamps and wall fixtures.

Holes in bed cover....looked like cigarette burns. Didn't replace wash cloths each day. Or the towel I used. I stayed 3 nights. Ran out of washcloths.
