The location gave a great view of I-75 so that we could see snow removal was happening. The room was clean and staff good. A hot breakfast would have suited my husband. However the continental breakfast was good. I picked up a couple of apples and 2 muffins in case we got stranded on the highway. Fortunately our side was moving along well. The other side of I75 was stopped for about 60 miles so they could remove trucks and vehicles from the median

You need a better sign out on highway and lighting it up would have helped as we drove around quite a bit trying to find the hotel Because it was extremely cold the fellow next door started up his diesel truck early about 6 am to get it warmed up. This did not disrupt us too much as we were awake and decided to get the snow off our truck-it was a gas truck and did not need as long to warm up.

Beds are super comfortable. We never saw any bugs or anything. The continental breakfast was pretty good.

There's a little mildew on the bathroom ceiling. The pool was a little cold and overfilled and the hot tub didn't work.

The pool was very warm! My kids played forever in it because the temperature was enjoyable, it went inside and outside. Air conditioning was cold! The location was close to everything and the value was great especially for a holiday weekend. We planned a last minute trip simply because it was affordable. TV worked! Coffee was so good! Neat machine made it available all day, fresh. Gentlemen in the breakfast area was very friendly as was the rest of the staff. We would definitely stay again.

The hot tub was out of service. But the pool was amazing. We did some hiking and took a couple showers and we needed two new towels,,they didn't have any which was disappointing. We had to delay showers until the next morning because that's when they were available. There were 4 of us and our room came with 3 towels. The one i used was clean but had a giant brown stain that was hopefully a makup stain. But after seeing that, i justice wanted a fresh towel. My husband said we should have asked them for towels from an empty room but didn't think of it. Breakfast was included but not great. But it was free and our bellies were full so again back to value, it was worth it.

Breakfast was excellent, the room was awesome. Debbie was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again next year during the Wildcat Bounce Buggy Cup and when I come to use the park.

I prepaid and it took over an hour to get checked in, and they then required a deposit I assumed was taken when I prepaid.

the staff was very limited, but I know that’s how it is these days. those that were working did a good job.

Pleasant staff and helpful in helping us get the TV working. Room was clean and comfortable. We slept great. Breakfast options were good.
