Room appeared clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Clerk at check out was very friendly. We were too tired to go to the pool but I went in the pool room and felt how warm the water was, and it was good. It's nice to have an indoor pool.

Our room was on the street side and there was a lot of traffic noise all night long. I turned the AC to "fan only" to provide some white noise but it didn't block out everything. Probably too late now, but extra insulation in the walls and better windows would have helped. Or have a heavy drape that can be pulled over the window. My only other complaint was a place on the floor (room 322) that had been ruined in some way; maybe by water. It detracted from the ambience of the room.

From pre check in to checkout was a great experience. I would recommend this hotel on just that. The staff were very polite and knew their job. They answered all our questions and were most helpful with suggestions. The complimentary breakfast was above and beyond my expectations. They have quite a selection for many taste. Very family friendly. I have to give a special shout out to Loki, who was the first person we saw when checking in. Another shout out to Lori for helping to make our extended stay very easy to manage. Lastly, to James, who was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the area. Checking out was as easy as checking in. The cleaning staff were awesome, and my compliments to the chef for our who prepared our breakfast.

There nothing that I didn't like but would like a suggestion to install a handrail on the side of tub as well as non slipping tabs for the bottom of tub.

It was nice, we have always had good experiences when we stay here.

The breakfast was not up to par this particular stay. We went to breakfast around 7:45, two of the three coffee carafes were empty. My husband fixed himself a plate, the biscuits were at one end of the bar, the gravy on the other. As we sat there, the coffee all ran out, the food was never refilled, and was empty. We got up and left as several guest started came in, but I’m sure they were disappointed to find everything empty.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and mattress and linens were newer. Carpet in hallway was new and overall the decor was fresh and relaxing. After a long day on the road it was nice to tuck into a reasonably priced place that was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good in a very clean , well lit dining room. Coffee was excellent. Lots of outdoor parking and convenient to the highway. Definitely I will make this our regular stopover!

Older but had some new renovations. I blame inconsiderate travellers for suitcase damage done on freshly painted decor. Elevator showed signs of age but still working great.

They are always the sweetest people, the rooms are clean and comfy. The pool is always my kids fav and it’s open from 9am-10pm, clean and the perfect temperature. They give you complimentary items on arrival as well as departure. Water, cookies, snack cakes, crackers. The continental breakfast has a wide variety of items and something for even the pickiest eaters. We have stayed here 2x a year for the past 3yrs. Always our go to stay.

I was tired after driving all day - and the Microtel Inn had just what I needed: My room was clean and the bed was comfy. This is a basic hotel, but it met my needs and I felt good about what I spent and what I got. Breakfast choices were pretty good. They handed me a bottle of water with my name printed on it when I left the next morning! Such a nice personal touch.

It was on a busy road right next to highway. But not really a negative. I didn't hear the highway. Rooms not completely sound-proof. In the morning I heard music playing from another room. But it didn't bother my sleep - which was most important to me.

It was a great little place we needed something fast and it was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.. if you are looking for a booshie room service type place this is not that..its just a clean updated place to hang out..I will definitely stay again..had a great pool and there were families there having a fantastic time..I unfortunately didn't have time but it looked great and is indoors! The little breakfast was nice and there are plenty of restaurants right there! We had a king size bed and it was absolutely fantastic! And as I am from Florida and very hot blooded I had the ac cranked and it was freezing! Again absolutely perfect! 🥰😍🥰

The only thing that I could say I didn't like was that for some reason our internet on the TV would not work..and we had planned on just spending Saturday evening watching Harry Potter on Netflix since we were so tired but we couldn't..that being said the nice little lady from the desk tried to get it to work but it just wouldn't..but we did have regular TV so we found stuff to watch..this could happen anywhere and not a big deal!

it was clean and up to date. Prices were decent. Has a heated pool but never got a chance to try it sadly.

Wish there was a hot tub in the room but other than that, A more accommodating tv. Most tvs can cast from your smart phone to the tv and despite it having features to supposedly do this, it simply did not work no matter how many times I tried. I even asked the person at the desk but they couldn’t help me at all. So I relented with being fine with logging into my HBOMAX. Popped an edible and enjoyed the movie American Ultra for the first time. Not a bad night considering. This is a minor complaint but also very inconvenient for anyone who only has their phone with them.

The staff were all very friendly and nice. We had a room just around the corner from the front desk and the breakfast room. There was no mention about a fridge in the room on the website. I was thankful for having one in our room. Despite the fact that pets are allowed the place doesn't have a funky pet odor.

Squeaky floors above our room. There were some noisy guests both nights we stayed.
