Breakfast was good. Great selection and variety of breakfast foods. Room was small for the number of people using the dining area. Large groups of young athletics. We had to return to our room to eat. We tried different times to eat, but it was a busy place. Wish there would have been a microwave available in dining area to warm up some items. The 2 girls at the registration desk on Friday, 7/14/23 in the evening were fantastic - very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant and enjoyable to talk with. Sorry, we do not know their names. They were both young ladies, one had a baby 8 months old and the other had a 1 year old child. We have stayed at many Hampton Inns the past week while traveling.

Our room was too hot at nighttime. We could not control the temperature, particularly the air conditioner. It worked well during the day. The noise control in the hallway with all the young athletics particularly in the evening up to about 11:00 pm. They were full of energy.

There was a variety of items which was a very good selection for all. Also, the hours of servicing were great for our scheduled events. They checked often to restock items and to keep it clean.

Making sure the housekeeping rules are explained to all guest at check in time. I came back and the room had not been cleaned, so I went to front desk and they explained the every two-day cleaning policy, however, they did accommodate me and cleaned the bathroom and restocked my towels.

The room was nice

The prices for the snacks, soda, water etc. was just out of site. Three dollars for a little container of macaroni and cheese. three dollars for a little bag of mini Oreos. We just should have gotten in the car and went to a store for snacks.

Everything was clean. Great location and great breakfast.

The bathroom was a little “tired”. The toilet was loose so it made noise when you sat down. Wallpaper was peeling and the vanity is starting to wear. All still usable but probably needs attention soon.

Everything was fine but the water in the shower was lukewarm for 5 days and the tub spout was loose so the shower pull up just put out a lite spray of water.

Great location. The property is in excellent condition for its age. The staff is super and it's obvious that the folks that handle the continental breakfast take pride in their work.

I like the location, the quietness because of it. I liked that it was near a shopping center and restaurants. And I liked that it was near the by-pass of the city so I could travel freely.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Convenient location. Very clean. Decent bedding and pillows. The staff is excellent, especially the G.M.

I’m short so I don’t care much for the new higher profile beds most hotels are using.

The rooms are quite clean. Beds are always comfortable. Breakfast is always warm and delicious.

I don't think there was a thing I didn't like. If I'd say anything was just traffic noise from the highway but it's pretty easy to drown that out.

I liked it all the staff was very friendly the place was very clean housekeeping up I asked for more towels or toilet paper or whatever I got it
