The hotel is well kept except for the bathroom. The tub could be replaced or reglaze. There was a good selection of breakfast food. The lady reception was nice and friendly (gentleman who was with her didn't seem to be socialable). Beautiful view of the river front.

My first day checking in the gentleman wasn't friendly, and really didn't seem approachable. The tub in the bathroom could be updated. Parking space seems very close. There's not enough space between the lines.

Location is excellent! The staff was fantastic and went out of their way to welcome us!

We always stay here - this time was the first time our room wasn’t neat on arrival. Our bathtub had a huge hairball next to the drain, and several small hairs all over the tub. It just seemed like housekeeping moved very quickly this time and didnt double check their work?? I was very surprised, this has never been an issue before.

The front desk staff was exceptional in their assistance to its clients. We had a member of our trip get sick, and we had to notify EMS. The staff member waited patiently outside while we performed an assessment. Will was so helpful that night and the following morning genuinely solicitous in his inquiries about her well-being. The staff on Sunday afternoon was extremely helpful and helped me get signed up for Hilton's honors.

Breakfast was great, the room was peaceful - we didn't hear any noise but the thunderstorm. The waterline is fantastic, but you need to pay extra for the river view. Unfortunately we didn't use the pool which looked really cozy and nice. Overall, if we pop up in Owensboro one more time, I guess, we will stay here again.

A little bit too pricy in my opinion.

It was a very nice Hotel. Loved the river view from our balcony and the bridge with the color changing lights it was really neat. The bed was really comfortable wish I could have taken it home. Loved the food at the restaurant inside the hotel The Lure seafood and grille. We definitely will stay here again.

I didn't like that the coffee maker was in the bathroom on the sink. I would suggest moving it into the room somewhere. I went to make me coffee and it had a bunch of brown dust/dirt in the water reservoir. It was pretty disgusting. I just don't think a coffee maker belongs in the bathroom where people go #2 and poo particles float in the air plus where people shower and do their hair etc.

The hotel has a beautiful lobby. The bed was super comfortable, and there was a great view of the river from the balcony. Breakfast was exceptional and included eggs, sausages, biscuits & gravy, waffles, etc. The hotel's location is perfect, adjoining the magnificent river walk, and right next to the Bluegrass Hall of Fame.

Nothing negative.

My only complaint was the pool. I live her in town and brought my three grand daughters for a girls' slumber party. We were excited about going swimming. The pool smelled really bad and discolored. It seemed it hadn't been chemically cleaned for a long time.

The location was excellent. Loved the water view and being literally 2 miles from everything in town. Breakfast was really good. Although biscuits and gravy on the menu would be appreciated. Staff was friendly and I can't say anything negative about our stay. We will stay here again.

Location was perfect for my reunion event next door at the convention center. The room was generous in size and basically furnished---nothing special. Bath towels could be thicker. Shower intensity was great! Room was VERY quiet. Unfortunately my room didn't face the river which was a lovely view and no rooms were available once I arrived, so plan accordingly and request ahead if you want the river view. The free breakfast was adequate and The Lure restaurant [provided a range of desirable entrees for dinner. An outside band on Saturday night was quite LOUD.

Bath towels and loud band and a complicated TV control and the TV listings were hidden a nightstand drawer: perhaps they should be located with the remote!! Room was dark at night. More lighting would have been helpful.

Breakfast was great, I have food allergies and almost never get to eat at a hotel Breakfast. Staff knew the ingredients and helped me and I actually was able to have something.

At breakfast I would have liked better allergy friendly options. The oatmeal was ok for me but absolutely nothing else. Hard boiled eggs and plain bacon would be a good option besides sausage
