The staff was kind, and gave complementary cookies at the beginning of our stay. There wasn’t many people staying while we did, so it was mainly quiet. They had great choices for breakfast including crockpot biscuits and gravy and fresh breads. We stayed in the jacuzzi room and left feeling very refreshed. The end of our stay was easy, not having to remove linens or towels from their areas. Would stay again if in the area.

The ONLY thing I can think is that our room was eye level with the traffic afar, but that problem was simply solved by closing the blackout curtains, which were great while sleeping!!

Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast, nice indoor pool. The staff was able to meet our special request of a room near the front door with minimal walking as we were there for a back procedure.

There was a coffee cup and pizza under the furniture in our room, but it was a very nice room, that met our needed request of being close to the front door and having a bath tub.

We've stayed at this location on two separate occasions now and always feel relaxed and at least a little bit at peace after our stay. We love the location, the quiet vibes and the overall atmosphere. Also the King size bed is a definite plus.

Only little things like not enough regular coffee in the room, maybe an updated soap dispenser like the lotion, shampoo and conditioner.

It was clean, breakfast was great, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was great size and location perfect

One day the bathroom was still dirty, commode especially after the water was shut off due to a water main break. No problem with water having to be shut off but once the commode could be flushed it was still dirty and was not cleaned and trash not emptied. Not really mad but a little disappointed and only that one day.

It was close to our venue, it was clean, and convenient. Staff was friendly, easy to grab a meal at the restaurant nearby

It was pretty expensive. The continental breakfast was ok. Everything was clean but I would have liked a few more choices.

Friendliest staff experience I have ever had at any destination I’ve traveled to! They went above and beyond to make sure that the check in/out process was a breeze! I was given a bag of cookies upon my arrival and when I accidentally locked my keys in my car when checking out, the person at the front desk allowed me to use their personal phone to message my friends and family (because I couldn’t remember their numbers off the top of my head and my phone was locked in my car with the key!) It was snowing and I was scatterbrained so I was greatly appreciative! I will definitely be back to stay!

There is only one elevator/stairs and it is located on the far right side of the building so I had to walk 8 miles (haha) to the far left side of the hotel once I got to the third floor! Walls are also thin but I always bring a box fan to drown out any noise since there isn’t much you can do about that!

The breakfast was good and the price was also good. It’s a good area that’s close to a major city without all the hustle and bustle.

I turned the heat up to 70 and the room still felt cold. I understand it was brutally cold outside so I don’t know if it was the heating itself or the heating just couldn’t keep up. Also the toilet was kinda loose either on the tank or the floor bolts were loose.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, clean pool, good breakfast, and good location! The front desk clerks even gave us cookies during the check-in process.

My only complaint would be the pool area. It was very clean and well stocked on towels but it's indoors so naturally it's humid in the room so maybe an overhead fan of some sort would better help with the air circulation and with the smell from the pool chemicals or even opening the windows.

the staff was amazing. the pool was big and when we got there we had an issue with a broken TV and it was handled very professional with the hotel discounting our stay and asking if we would like to change rooms. they were very friendly. breakfast was amazing both days with a lot of variety.
