Nice staff and good breakfast. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable! A fair amount of food options around and we were able to walk to the university/town.

Housekeeping didn't come to the room during the four days that we were there, even though the hotel was advertised as having a daily housekeeping service. Reception said this was due to them being very busy, but if that is the case.. shouldn't they stop advertising it as one of the hotel services? - this was quite upsetting. The blinds in the room's window were also broken and couldn't be opened, which meant the room was dark at all times. We also mentioned this to the hotel staff on our first day, but they said they weren't able to fix it anytime soon.

The location is good it looks welcoming breakfast was good

My pillow wasn’t true cleaned it have a body smell and the bed sheets were stick whit the mattress like not been changed for a while it make me feel a bit uncomfortable that’s my only disappointment but hope to go back soon and found me a really clean room to rest like I had before

Hotel was new and it showed. Rooms and common areas were clean and fresh. Breakfast was very good for a budget hotel. Room had a walk in shower with excellent water pressure, perhaps the best of any hotel I've been in.

Requested two rooms close together but rooms were on different floors. No explanation why it wasn't possible was provided. Price was probably more than double what I have ever paid in Williamsburg before. It was a late booking for Easter weekend so I'll give them a pass this time but a Holiday Inn Express in a small town shouldn't cost what a Marriott costs in a major city.

The hotel is located right off 1-75 and good for a stop-over. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and suggested a near by Mexican restaurant for dinner which was very good. There is a small park located behind the hotel (a short walk is required) and it was a nice break to take a walk there.

The breakfast was not very good, offering pre-made "cheese omelettes' that tasted like they were not made from real eggs or cheese! A fire alarm went off @9:30pm and they asked us to "evacuate" when we got to the lobby, no one was there and other guests were telling us that we could go back to our room. It was not handled very professionally.

I didn't realize we reserved a handicap room and the bathroom door does not close so no privacy.. its literally built that way.. also our blinds would not work.. my husband spent all hour trying to figure out why and someone had wired it wrong. It's by remote.. so befor we checked out he fixed it..

We were in a handicapped room which we didn't need. Sliding bathroom was very inconvenient. The shower seat wasn't convenient when we didn't need it, but the legs were slanted and looked like it could be a hazard if used.

Booking.com I am not happy with and will NEVER recommend you for any reason! You booked us a room that was not there

Our flight was canceled so we had to drive over 1000 miles. We hoped to drive all night but could not with the pitch black, winding mountain roads. We impulsively booked this hotel and stayed 5 hours, we just needed a bed and a shower. Other than a hair ball in the shower it was great. It was New Year’s Eve, almost midnight but it was pretty quiet and the lady at the desk was very friendly and informative. She also got me an extra pillow which was much appreciated. Overall I would definitely recommend for $150 a night.

Room was nice, clean and comfortable.

There was no bar soap. Only liquid soap and it was locked in the shower. We had to ask for another soap for sink. Also they left us a half a roll of toilet paper. Also had to visit the desk for another roll.

Breakfast was was good staff was excellent they were very conscientious of anything that I needed will very well stay there again you’ll most felt like you were at home when you stayed there

Really I don’t think really anything else you know you always kind of wish something was always cheaper but for the price the stay was excellent
