The facility is clean & smelled nice. The beds are comfortable. You have access to a full kitchen which is very convenient especially if you like to cook. There is a dinning area for you to be able to sit down and eat at a table. The rooms are spacious. There is activities or toys available for your children. The TV has a wide variety of streaming applications available. It’s located in a convenient location. Walking distance to downtown pineville & a short drive to Middlesboro. It’s located in a safe neighborhood. The staff is friendly. They are very accommodating and responsive.

I don’t have any thing that I don’t like about the property.

Prior to arrival, the host texted door codes. The room was large and comfortable and the entire facility was clean. The area felt safe; the sheriff’s department is right across the street. There is a shared kitchen and breakfast area.

We didn’t see a single other guest or employee during our stay, but 7 guestrooms sharing a single bathroom might have been a challenge if the property had been fully booked. It worked out fine for us. The building is quite close to the street and our room faced the street, so we could hear traffic, but it was mostly quiet. It would have been nice to have some control over the thermostat and there were a lot of air fresheners masking old odors.

I have to say I was skeptical at first, but once I arrived there I was blown away. it has the feel of a cozy bed and breakfast inn. the beds and linens were amazing, probably the best sleep I’ve had in a very long time, I definitely didn’t want to leave. It was so quiet the entire duration of my stay. again I was truly impressed and will definitely be staying there again.

To be honest I can’t think of anything I didn’t like, the owner is a very nice and inviting guy, he is truly making the inn a best in class property

the location was perfect for us. Bed was comfortable and the place was clean. I like that it had tile flooring and no carpet.

it said it had a breakfast included but the ‘breakfast area’ had a Keurig & pods and 3 individual cereal packs and some granola bars. there was no creamer for the coffee and no milk for the cereal. also a separate ‘cleaning’ fee when I think it should all be together in the price.

Location the kitchen Definitely has a lot of potential!

The mattress was a little thin and uncomfortable, needs hand towels and wash rags and enough towels for number of people coming maybe a Lil too much noise up stairs at night. Need screens for the windows maybe a hooked rack for a jacket or keys and some space in the bathroom to set toiletries maybe some coffee k cups and such

Modern furnishings and a great location - near the DT with restaurants and a pub!

I only had one problem - when I looked in the mini-fridge in my room - hoping they had given me a couple of bottles of water - not only did I find no water - but I found the dinner left-overs from the prior guest - so housekeeping forgot to clean out the fridge.

The room was small, but ideal for what they provide! We enjoyed the cozy feeling of it and we're pleased with how comfortable the bed was. Some sound from outside, but that was easy to tune out. The booking was easy and required minimal contact, because of the code locks.

I was only in town for a night but I really liked the convenience to a nearby restaurant and the courthouse was within walking distance. My room was super cute and nicely decorated. Abigail was super friendly and made sure my stay was comfortable.

Ease to access to facility & room. Everything was clean and had what was necassary if you wanted to cook.

Two things, first maybe you already know but the main entrance door can not be closed so the security was not in place. Second and I pray it will be resolved...Booking.com added a $20 "Cleaning Fee" to the amount when I paid. I called and found that you all do not charge that and then I called Booking.com and sent some screen shots. Have not heard anything from them. I may need to work this through my bank charge card. That whole thing is well just...underhanded.

We were in town to see a show at the Bell Theater and the walk to the theater from Pine Mountain Inn was 3 short blocks. We were thrilled with the value and the convenience. It was small, but that's all we needed. We'll definitely stay again.
