Check in was quick. Customer service was great.

I asked for late checkout. The gentleman did put me down for a request. I called around 9:00 am to confirm and was told I was down for checkout at noon. The lady who was cleaning the rooms on my floor knocked and asked if I was ok. I said yes. The second time she knocked and asked what time I was checking out I said I had a late check out amd I called earlier to confirm. She said she printed out her paper at 11: 00 am and I wasn't on the list for late checkout. Normally I would have never said anything however, it seems as though she thought I was lying and she had an attitude about it. I called to confirm after that conversation and again it was confirmed. I don't think it was necessary to have to go through this.

Good location, valet parking is very convenient, staff are extremely nice and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was amazing. nice view from balcony

Low value for the price. We splurged and booked the nicest executive room available for our stay and were overall disappointed at the reality of the room once we arrived. Very small and cramped, dingy looking bathroom tile, flaky paint on walls and ceiling, just a very low end look when it comes to details. Basically the kind of small details that makes a place look dirty and dated. Bed was comfortable, balcony was nice, but overall wish I hadn’t spent the money as it was no nicer than a much cheaper hotel.

location, valet, staff (minus customer service staff). the staff that help with luggage, valet, restaurant, bar, room service were all great and very friendly.

customer service was not good at all. they were very unenthusiastic and have short answers/information. they seemed like robots. even after my stay I called to get an receipt for my charged I had forgotten to get and they couldn’t help me. rooms seemed a bit dated. dust build up on walls, chipped paint on doors, worn spots on headboard, table legs loose.

I most enjoyed the view of the river and the location of the hotel. It was walking distance to many area attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. I've stayed here before and will stay here again.

Even though the hotel is historical, the rooms were a bit outdated, and could have used some attention. For example, the curtains were torn and the trim in the bathroom was eroded. Also, there weren't as many ammenities as other high quality hotels we've stayed at.

The hotel was conveniently located near several restaurants, shops, and attractions in the local area with a great view of the river. The hotel staff member who checked us in, Kavan, was incredibly helpful and very welcoming. He was well knowledgeable and assisted us with questions we had about the area and the hotel.

No property reserved on-site parking available and free to hotel guests, other than the hotel valet with a $33 cost

Staff was very friendly and helped out anytime they were asked.

In the pool area there was somebody playing loud vulgar rap music and the staff took no effort to stop him or shut him down. It was really something that should have been addressed because they were young children from ages of six to 15 there. We actually left the pool area because of it

Well with booking I had chosen this location because of its location. Our party size was 7 ladies and and a queen bed was needed. Upon arrival they only had full size beds available, but was able to give us adjoining rooms. I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Sebastian, He went the extra mile to make sure that everything the ladies needed was taken care of. From the time we arrived to the moment we left, it was a very enjoyable stay. Until Mother's Day Weekend 2023

Spacious room. Beautiful lobby. Walkable to excellent dining. Two minute walk to public parking garage. Half block away from river walk.

Some damage to TV console. Especially disturbing for this classic historical hotel with white tablecloth service was the little packages of fake coffee creamer. Even Waffle House offers real milk products!

Absolutely beautiful, friendly staff beautiful pool amazing price! I even forgot my purse in our room after check out and didn’t realize until I was almost 5 hours away!!! Thank goodness for Taj at the front desk and Andrew in housekeeping they were able to locate it and put it up for me I will be coming back through in a week to pick it up! Fingers crossed it’s there :) it was a wonderful experience I highly recommend location is beautiful it’s near everything Starbucks and the capital building was a great morning thanks !

The pillows :( they go flat real quick I’d say bring your own. Or please replace them. Valet parking is 29.00 a day but they don’t tell you that when booking nor is it included in the price luckily I found parking right by the hotel but it was still 15.00 and I couldn’t move the car for 24 hrs or I’d have to pay again but that’s not exactly the Hilton’s fault

The model of cleanliness that every establishment must mesure up to. It’s very nice not to ha to worry about rather the room is clean or not. The staff was very professional and accommodating, a breath of fresh air. Thank you all for your assistance.
