literally too much to list!! the staff let us check in very early, was super friendly once we arrived at the property, mr Billy from the valet parking was a wealth of knowledge about the hotel and city. made even our check out memorable by insisting we check the vault room and replay the scene from fantastic four!!! since we checked in early the only available room was on the second floor. the ladies “cautioned” the room had sky lights but no windows.. we didn’t know what to expect but when we saw the room and how cool the industrial inspired decor was it never hit us there wasn’t windows… basically anyone who hasn’t stayed on the second floor should book a trip just for the experience

nothing!!!! I have stayed at hundreds of hotels in the last many years traveling with my daughters and this hands down was the best hotel with the best staff that we have stayed

Absolutely beautiful hotel with great decor and location. The room was nice and clean. We loved the Louisiana & bank theme throughout as hotel is in the old Louisiana National Bank building. I also loved the vanity and sink area being separate from the bathroom as one person could use sink/ mirror while another person used the shower or facilities.

We could have used help unloading and loading luggage upon arrival an departure. It was late and we have two kids. My husband generously tipped the staff who brought us a luggage cart, but was offered no help with luggage or getting it to the room. It was the same upon departure. Also, would like to have 4 towels stocked in double room with 4-person occupancy.

Beautiful old building. Loved the lobby. Staff at the front desk was okay, but the bellman was a sweetheart.

Fact that the vault was closed off,we were not allowed to view it. It was very disappointing. My whole reason I picked this place was the historic aspects of the old building.

The combination of the old bank building with modern decorations was a nice atmosphere. The towels were big and nice and have a Keurig in the room was nice.

There was a brown stain on one the pillows. I paid extra to use the valet service. I left my rental car with valet at 10:00pm. The next day when I got in the car, I found an ATM receipt from the machine at the hotel from 1:00am the next morning in the car. Then I found a Whataburger receipt under the driver's seat from 2:00am (while I was staying the room). I looked up the address of the Whataburger and it was 8 miles away! The valet took my rental car during the middle of the night and left the property. I was not happy. When I told the manager and showed him the receipts, they offered me a free drink at the bar. No refund of the valet. Very unprofessional.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. The hotel is beautiful! We at dinner at The Gregory down in the lobby. The food was great.

Only two complaints. The room was a lot smaller than what i expected for the price we paid and the booking said there would be robes in the room but i never found any robes. I’m sure it’s because of Covid but i was still a little disappointed about it.

Excellent location, staff, hotel, room

I think I was charged twice for the room. Once by Booking.com and once by the hotel(Watermark), it also charged me. Im currently in the process of trying to resolve the situation.

luxury appointments but keeps the historical architectural features of the building. the staff is excellent especially Bill and Taylor.

music from nightclub nearby a little loud at night. maybe stay higher up. we were on 3rd floor and at the hard corner close to the club. but it’s an excellent location if you want to partake. you can stumble home…

went for the Orian Ball- previous years stayed at Marriot. Staff, room size, room darkness, bed comfort, great morning breakfast. we will be back next year!!

The employees were very nice and the hotel was nice. The rooms has complimentary water, a safe, and a refrigerator , which was convenient. It was close to entertainment and places to eat.

Room was a little small and the sink was not in the bathroom. The sink and tub & shower were on opposite sides of the room.
