The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, without any unusual odors and the breakfast was awesome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

It was a little confusing getting to our hotel from the highway. The highway is busy and Holiday st. is not easy to see with all the other signs and business entry ways. Once you do find holiday st. and turn in it looks like the best western and the country inn are the same hotel. We actually pulled into the best western first and were told we were at the wrong hotel. Not sure how to make it better but it is my only negative.

Location was very convenient, and the room was very comfortable, Good for a more extensive stay or business travel. There was a small refrigerator and a microwave in the room. Seems to be in a very safe neighborhood.

The breakfast selection could have been better. Would have liked to have had more healthy options, like sugar free yogurt and berries, and more whole unprocessed foods. Not a big fan of what seemed to be powdered eggs, for example. Also, the guest room, while otherwise well appointed, could have used a small table and a couple of chairs for in room dining. One of those coffee tables with a top that raises would be a good alternative to eat at the couch. Even a few TV trays would be helpful.

Ailene was awesome. She does the breakfast. She stays right on top of things and extremely friendly. Very knowledgeable about the area too. All of the staff was great.

The slamming of the door to the steps right next to our room. We really wish there was a soft closure on it. People are so inconsiderate of others and don't think to stop it from slamming. There were several people having a party in the lobby, and they were very loud until after midnight, running up and down the stairs, letting the door slam and talking constantly in the hall. They also had a dog on a leash(no dogs aloud) with a jingling tag runnnv up and down the hall. I did open the door and ask that they quiet down a little, but that seemed to make it worse.

I liked the availability of breakfast as well as the fresh fruit. Oatmeal is always a plus.

I was disappointed that the breakfast area was under construction and was moved to the meeting room, which was a much smaller area. I was not informed that the area was under construction until I arrived, which also meant that to access the pool, one had to go out the front door and around to the side gate. This made it less private, which was a negative.

Ms. Aileen in the breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful, as were Bobby and Angela at the front desk. The property was well maintained and our room was cleaned every day as opposed to once every 3 days at other hotels in the Covington Hwy 190 area. The room was spacious and very comfortable. My husband and I had a great stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Most staff was beyond wonderful.

We had an incident where we were locked out of our bathroom and when we went to the front desk clerk he told us there was nothing he could do and he put in zero effort to see what he could do to get us in our bathroom. So all night my husband, my children and I had to take the elevator to downstairs anytime we had to use the restroom. Once morning stuff got in we were immediately told how we could get into our bathroom.

Excellent resort style hotel with many clean, well maintained amenities. Excellent location for restaurants. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful. I was most impressed that the hotel had its own washer and dryer on site as well as fitness room. Highly recommend Country Inn and Suites by Radison in Covington.

stayed great (or better) throughout! Staff was *wonderful*, very understanding about traveling with a baby and let us check in early, huge relief! Hotel is lovely. Lots of old world charm, love the hardwoods over carpet, tastefully done. Nicely appointed room, *very* clean, plenty of space and appreciate the 'fridge and microwave. Breakfast still limited by pandemic restrictions, but there was enough to choose from and tasty. Good hot coffee. Location is just a hop away from I-12 and the grounds are well kept. Our review score is a reflection of our entire stay, not just one part of it.

Price a little higher than we hoped, but reasonable for the area and when compared to other properties. Other than that, no complaints. Sure, hot breakfast buffet would've been nice, but we appreciated their concern for our health outweighing their desire to offer that amenity, as should the rest of the whiny Karens out there. We have family nearby, and we'd pick Country Inn to stay in again.

There was a cold snap while I was visiting and I really longed for an extra blanket at night.

Breakfast offered cold and hot cereals, biscuits, gravy sausage and eggs, waffles, bagels, Danish, and fresh fruits. They had juices, coffee and milk. Breakfast hostess was very pleasant and kept foods supplied. Dining area was very clean and quiet.

I have no negative comments. I encountered 4 hotel staff and all greeted me and were very nice and accommodating.
