The layout of the room was gorgeous, clean and inviting! The room and facilities were spotless, and the shower was simply divine. The location was ideal, and close to several restaurants, including Don's Seafood & Starbucks. The front desk staff members were friendly and accommodating and greeted us everytime we entered. All around an enjoyable stay.

The bed was a bit disappointing, and the pillows were quite uncomfortable. Prices at the bistro are a little steep for the selection available, but it is convenient in a pinch.

I really liked everything but most of all the whole staff, starting from the manager, Mrs. Evans but the top of her team are certainly Mrs. Christelle and Tiffany of the reception and Miss Tad from the bar/Bistrot. The whole staff was great but I did not catch the names of the other two young women whom were extremely nice as well. Thank you Regards Riccardo Florence Italy

Arrived late and was greeted by a very nice lady. She was welcoming and provide information quickly and offered us bottle waters. The 2 room suite was very nice. Renovated with beautiful color scheme, calming blues. The place with overly large with a lovely private patio the opened out on to a pathway with lovely landscaping and lighting. The beds comfortable and coffee great! pleasantly surprised!

Not enough time to enjoy all the property had to offer.

We arrived very late in the evening and the staff were very friendly, check in was quick so we were able to get in the room as quickly as possible. We enjoyed the geese at the pond.

Staff at the Starbucks coffee counter was not very accommodating, told my husband “I don’t make coffee” so we had to settle for the regular brew which was not good. I expected to be able to get my favorite white chocolate mocha, oh well . . .

The desk staff, especially Ms. Rhonda, were excellent. Very friendly and accommodating to us wary travelers.

The only "complaint" i have is that the mattress was a little too firm for my liking. So, if that's okay with your back, I'd give this place a 10.

Cleanliness, quiet, great location

Toilet didn’t work upon arrival, it kept running and had to call the front desk. Got locked outside when trying to relax on patio. Card did not work and gate to outside was locked- could be a fire hazard and very scary that I could not get back in until banging on the door for help, front desk was unapologetic that morning. Made me cry as they were lacking empathy. All other staff was fabulous. 1 bad seed ruins the bunch. TV ahead issues so many times, had to call down to front desk, then just turned it off. Too stressful on vacation.

The property was clean, the staff very friendly, the room I got was a good size the bed and sofa bed were very comfy. All I needed.

I liked everything

Room was spacious and clean. Bed and furniture were new. Bathroom was clean and new as well. I was very pleased with my stay and it exceeded my expectations.

It was a great experience. There was nothing I didn’t like.

Location and staff were great!

The air in the room were horrible and leaked all over the floor, the rooms were a bit out dated and needed a new mattress

No microwave. Having to bring my towels to the laundry shoot and having to go get clean towels. Went to hot tub 3days and all 3 days there was a dirty band aid by the lift chair and another piece of trash. Also not getting a free breakfast.
