The room was clean. Staff was nice. The room had a nice view of the marsh behind the hotel. Room was what I expected. I liked the accommodations. They had some nice things to offer.
Housekeeping tried to walk in my room 30-45 minutes before checkout. I was indecent and I didn't appreciate it. They barely knocked and then before I could even give a response they tried opening my door. I had the do not disturb sign posted outside even with the sign they tried to walk in on me and my family. They were also rude about it. That's not professional by any means. Also my sheets were stained which I didn't like. Pool wasn't open. Other than that. My stay was good.

Once moved to another room the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, great location to everything. Staff very friendly.
We walked into the room and immediately was greeted by a roach. The floors looked like they hadn't been swept and the tub was in poor condition. The clerk at the desk immediately took care of us and moved us to another room.

I’ve been coming to Houma since 2004, and started staying with you guys a year ago. It’s fantastic.
I always want to check in early, but it’s OK because I understand the busyness with oil/power, and Coast Guard people being there a lot. It’s perfectly fine with me.

The size of the room, clean linen on the beds and most of all the quietness of the whole hotel.

Everyone here was very courteous and friendly and knew their jobs. They gave me the exact room that I asked for. And it even had more in it. Full kitchen, refrigerator, utensils, the works. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to this town. It’s a great value.

Location was great. Near all things one would need. Staff was very very helpful and very friendly and accommodating.
The room was not very clean and there was something like gum on the sheets on one of the beds.
