Nothing to complain about. Breakfast nice and warm. Clean area. Nice service if I needed anything. Like I mentioned earlier. Nothing to complain about. Treated me like family or a good friend. Thank U to all who worked here at Lafayette, Louisiana Clarion Hotel and plan to be back next year.

Everything was perfect for me on my first time at this hotel. No complaints of anything. Do wish my stay could be longer

I liked the room, it was large & didn't have the compact feel of other hotels like M or H in Lafayette. It was quiet, I never heard neighbors.

TV kept coming on to alert me I could stream from my devices. After turning off 2 times I got up & unplugged it. Though the AC kept the room at a comfortable temperature, the humidity level was higher than the level outside the room in the hallway.

I loved the location, the staff was amazing and friendly and as far as an included breakfast goes it's on par with another hotel of this type. Locally, it seems to be not as reputable. However, it is under new management and undergoing many improvements. It was a perfect place for me to land in and be able to work in my room at night.

Very noisy. Not sure how housekeeping would normally be but I think because of Covid they did not come regularly. But they had no problem happily fulfilling a request.

Breakfast was quite good except for the coffee. For me, the coffee was much too strong to drink but, then again, I am not used to Louisiana style coffee either! :)

Perhaps an option to brew single cups of coffee to one's particular taste.

The property was in a convenient location, it is old but not in disarray just well used. Staff was not the best but room was excellent and price was good. Surprisingly quite, bed was amazingly comfortable.

The cold water was turned off in the room. Hot water was HOT very fast. No soap, shampoo or extra towels, TP, wash rags or coffee pot in the room. Staff had a bit of put out attitude. And breakfast was a microwave sandwich.

It was quiet, the room was large & comfortable.

The humidity level in the room was high even though the a/c keep the room cool. If this was balanced a little better it would make things much more comfortable.

I arrived late and the host knew perfectly well that I would be checking in late. Because of an AC issue on one hallway, he had already upgraded me to a suite on the ground floor. Very friendly, efficient, and convenient stay, for this little work trip.

Location was pretty good, and I like their warm breakfast.

They can keep the breakfast hours a little longer. Even for half an hour can make a big difference.

the hotel was in an easy to reach location and the room itself was great! staff was very friendly and accommodating

it definitely was an older building but that doesn’t bother me

Alot the motel was great staff was very kind rooms were very nice and comfy even have chromecast

Had some issues with the chromecast at the start but the staff was very helping getting it fixed
