We always like to stay at the Springhill Suites in River Ranch when we visit Louisiana. We have lots of family in the area and this Springhill Suites is usually very nice, clean and offers a nice breakfast. I noted that the hotel has been renovated/refreshed since our last visit and it was needed. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about your hotel. Our favorite.

Bed was comfy!!

The gap under the room doors is vey large, so the light from the hall shines in and you can hear the noise in the hallway. Had to put the sofa cushion in front of door to block light. Also, asked for an extra pillow and no one ever brought it. When I tried calling desk, no one ever answered.

The breakfast choices were acceptable. The attendant kept it filled and refreshed. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the property. I saw the attendant sanitizing the front desk area.

My nephew waited for ketchup but was never able to get it. So, I would suggest making sure the condiments are filled and plentiful.

Great hot Breakfast. Thank you for the Gluten-free options, as I have Celiac disease. The hotel was absolutely clean, the room was clean and the layout was great. The TV was a little small but I don't watch it as much as I just listen to the news. The exercise room is clean and has all you need. Thank you for the coffee bar, I needed a cup when I arrived. Overall a 10-out-of-10. I'll stay hear the next time I am in Lafayette.

What's not to like, great friendly staff, clean & well kept hotel.

Usually very clean and stylish; the rooms have everything you need and the staff is polite and cordial.

I stay here every time I come to visit my family in Lafayette, and it is usually a very pleasurable experience with nothing to complain about. However, during my past few visits, the breakfast options were meager. Also, on this particular visit, there was no blow dryer in the room (I brought my own thankfully) and there was a wet stain near the closet that smelled slightly of vomit. Otherwise, always good like I said before.

The website mentioned that there were Gf options. However when my granddaughter went to check around 8am she said the only thing that was available that I could eat was eggs. This was partly due to the fact that the hotel was pretty full and it was later in the morning.

The design of the bathroom sink area was small and didn't have a door that separated it from the bedroom where others were sleeping.

Missed it.

The luggage carts were horrible. They are triangular shaped, cheap, light weight and tip over easily. Not user friendly.

I loved the location, the price, the friendliness of the staff, free breakfast, and internet tv. Even the body wash was great!

One of the ladies working the breakfast used her bare hands while handling cheese biscuits and I thought that was really unhygienic. Please wear gloves. We're still in a pandemic.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Conveniently located to many good restaurants. Reasonably priced.

The breakfast wasn't bad but could be a little better.
