The hotel was chosen after a flight cancellation. It was quick and easy to reach by taxi and we were able to book a free shuttle bus to return us to the airport the following day. The room was adequately spacious and the bed comfortable. We ate dinner and breakfast at the in-house restaurant for convenience, and the food was both good and reasonably priced.

The bathroom was cramped, with barely enough room for two people at once and the vanity almost couldn't be used by one person unless the door was at least half closed. The staff at the restaurant were polite but not particuarly attentive or friendly.

The front desk staff and the bellhop, Bailey were very friendly, helpful and sweet. The room was nice and spacious and clean. Our view of the river was nice as well. We didn't get to experience the pool as it was too full of people, which was ok knowing it was summer time.

Breakfast was ok, I do not believe it was worth the amount we paid. The selection wasn't any different than if we would have went to a hotel with complementary breakfast, which I believe this should have been complementary as well. I also believe the wait staff in the restaurant could have been friendlier.

Always like the friendly staff; Accommodations are always available to another floor or room.

The 8 of 10 scoring of cleaning . Breakfast Plate was dirty; The room needed a better touch up… TV was dusty and TV screen had stains on it as in it hadn’t been wipe down in a while. The bar had given a Wine drink that the wine was flat already.

I love the clean and comfortable rooms. The deck by the pond is very relaxing. Can't wait to visit the property again next year for the track clinic.

The whole deck wasn't accessible at the time. But that was understandable. Other than that, it was perfect. I would love to see the deck and pool available next time I visit.

Had electric issues with some of the plug outlets but the manager who assist was very understanding, helpful and working on the issue as soon as I notified him. He was great

Kiera at the front desk went above a d beyond to get me in my room quickly. I am Touring the USA on my Harley and have to travel early to beat the rain a d the heat. And the warm cookies were delicious.

Nothing not to like

The location was perfect. Close to the CajunDome and other places we were going to. The room was nice, bed was very comfortable and the staff was great.

The bag in the ice container was dirty. It almost looked like syrup maybe. And we got locked out of our room due the key not working. However, that was a quick fix.

The location was great, my daughter graduated from ULL and it was like 7 minutes away. The restaurant at the hotel food was delicious and they bought it to us at the bar.

For the price of the hotel, I feel complimentary breakfast should have been offered.

No microwave and tv was not working. Every stay so far I notice something is broke like the refrigerator or tv or room not fully clean

modern, nice and friendly

it was noisy from the children running up and sown my hall at 12am! The breakfast was just ok, and my daughter was a little bummed bc she couldn’t get waffles or pancakes
