Location was good for our needs. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable and clean. Included breakfast was nice including make your own waffles. Staff were great and friendly

Aircon was a little weak, it struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. This may have been due to the current heatwave but it seemed a little under performing. Pool area could do with an update but the pool was clean and warm.

The moment we walked into the room I knew this was going to be a great stay. The room was so clean and smelled great. Sometimes when you go into a "non-smoking" room it smells like cigarettes, not this one! Very clean and quiet.

Housekeeping did not clean our room. We had a two night stay, and was expecting the room cleaned and restocked. Had to get our own towels from the front desk. On our second morning, they were out of waffle mix for breakfast. Everybody wants one of those giant hotel breakfast waffles! Not today.

The breakfast was nice and the beds were super comfortable.

I didn't like having to wait up front on a room number for almost 15 minutes with a very tired and crabby toddler. We was the only people in line as well. Checking in was quick but we was told that the lady up front was waiting on a call from someone else to figure out which room we was being put in.

The staff was so welcoming/ nice!! Any time we had a question or needed anything they was available to help. Our room was clean and breakfast was wonderful. My kids enjoyed making the waffles 😊

Some of the outlets in the room didn’t work but it wasn’t a issue we just use the ones that did work.

The hotel overall was decent. It had a good clean smell. The front desk clerks were helpful and friendly. The towels was nice and fluffy, not thin and rough.

The hotel definitely needs upgrading. The carpet was dirty with large stains. The curtains were tattered with holes in them. The room doors, mainly the bathroom door was eaten up at the bottom. Bathroom fixtures needs to be replaced.

I like the friendly greetings from staff, the timely check in and availability of housekeeping. The breakfast is always great, my 10th visit within a year.

They disarm the side door entrance at night. The cellphone cable charger didn't work, rarely operates properly.

Front desk staff was exceptionally pleasant and professional. Our room was very clean! The king bed was comfortable and the room temperature upon arrival was perfect. We took advantage of the morning continental breakfast and we received good service and good food. We will stay at the Comfort Inn in Monroe the next time we travel in that direction which will be often as our children and grandchildren will be relocating to the Miami Beach, FLA area soon. We will also book into other Comfort Inns if we find them in our travel areas. Thank you so much for a great stay.

It isn't a dislike but you might consider putting some drink coasters in your rooms. I think most people would use them to help protect your furniture. Most of it looked new to me.

Breakfast was mediocre. The scrambled eggs were not very good. Breakfast lady seemed a little crabby until I engaged her in conversation and then she really brightened up and became quite friendly. The night front desk worker, Ced was excellent and helpful.

The breakfast could have been much better. The whole building was a little tired and could use a uplift. Everything else was just fine and I really don't have anything else that was problematic. I would stay again

The breakfast was hot and delicious .. good verity of food ...... location was okay but quite... the room was roomy n smelled good.... I would u recommend comfort suites

The water didn't get very hot but n the price could have been cheaper

We got a queen suite with 2 queen beds and pull out couch so it was the perfect size for all of our family to stay in together. Was very clean and staff was very friendly. Had hot and cold breakfast with a decent selection. The gym and business center were open and I believe the pool was as well we didn’t get a chance to see, but did see other guests coming from that direction in swimsuits and wet. Plenty of towels and was pretty quiet. Very easy to find. Would definitely recommend and it will now be our stop when we travel back and forth between FL and TX
