Front desk staff was professional. Pool was open. Beds were comfortable. Size of room is great! Lobby was clean and appealing. I would stay here again.

They needed some pretty major landscaping, most outside greenery was significantly overgrown. The pull out couch bedding is already on the bed, but I've never had a hotel do it this way and didn't trust that they were clean. Front desk staff got me clean sheets asap no questions. The pool was very cloudy. Towels were hard to come by, but front desk had them when I asked for them. The room was clean enough. It was obvious they don't vacuum daily, some places don't. We found a piece of breakfast sausage in the closet floor, along with Sunflower seeds scattered, but the room really was mostly clean. The location is a little noisy outside and someone else mentioned neighbor's upstairs moving furniture at 1am...I had the same experience.

Rooms and service was awesome. ck in on 10/6/2023 around 1:30 am. Upon making my reservation on website asked you what date/time you will be arriving. I click Friday 10/6/23 between 12am and 1.00 am. Now night clerk he was very nice and professional. I know he was only doing his job. But what I didn't like was I had to pay for Thursday. According to the night clerk their day doesn't roll over until 7am. I feel that is something that the guest should have been informed on the registration site. So, in order for my husband/ myself have a place to lay our heads we had to pay 145.79 on a Friday morning which I requested but was still considered as Thursday. But hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were cleaned but saw big red stain on carpet which was being tried to be covered up with a trash can. Bathroom were clean just need a little renovation little crack in tub area. Housekeeping staff was very nice. Ice maker on 3rd floor wasn't working had to get ice from the front desk. Breakfast was awesome I think the lady's name was Janice. She was very nice, and I personally thank her for her service. I would come back to this hotel. My only major complaint is that 145.79 I had to pay. My stay was 10/6/2023 -10/7/2023.

The front desk staff was over the top friendly, both at checkin and checkout and in between! Great suggestions for people to passing through. We had a 1 night stay for a concert and it was perfectly located. We will stay there again. Microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker was all present in our room. Clean and quiet! Comfortable bed and pillows too!

The room was nice and clean and the sheets and beds were great! Very impressed with the breakfast area and how the food was prepared and available in wrapped servings...like the bread for the toast. The morning staff was nice and cheerful. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely stay again!

Nothing was wrong at all. The building needs some updating. Things like the cracks in the tile and just newer upgrades.

The breakfast was terrific! Omelets, waffles, sausage, biscuits, etc. very good. No complaints. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The roomed smelled very clean and it was very clean. Our room came with 2 queens and a fold out couch!! The kids loved that. Laundry was cheap to do! 2 for wash and 1.50 for dry! The pool looked nice. The staff was very friendly.

Location was good for our needs. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable and clean. Included breakfast was nice including make your own waffles. Staff were great and friendly

Aircon was a little weak, it struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. This may have been due to the current heatwave but it seemed a little under performing. Pool area could do with an update but the pool was clean and warm.

The moment we walked into the room I knew this was going to be a great stay. The room was so clean and smelled great. Sometimes when you go into a "non-smoking" room it smells like cigarettes, not this one! Very clean and quiet.

Housekeeping did not clean our room. We had a two night stay, and was expecting the room cleaned and restocked. Had to get our own towels from the front desk. On our second morning, they were out of waffle mix for breakfast. Everybody wants one of those giant hotel breakfast waffles! Not today.

It was a nice clean room, breakfast was nice, and the staff was friendly.

(This is Not a complaint, just some thing I noticed) The elevator was very warm and stuffy, and the hallways smelled of weed (But I do not think that was the hotesl fault)

The breakfast was nice and the beds were super comfortable.

I didn't like having to wait up front on a room number for almost 15 minutes with a very tired and crabby toddler. We was the only people in line as well. Checking in was quick but we was told that the lady up front was waiting on a call from someone else to figure out which room we was being put in.

The staff was so welcoming/ nice!! Any time we had a question or needed anything they was available to help. Our room was clean and breakfast was wonderful. My kids enjoyed making the waffles 😊

Some of the outlets in the room didn’t work but it wasn’t a issue we just use the ones that did work.
