Everyone was nice and very helpful. I come every year around the 16th of July to put flowers on my son's grave. It's been 20 years. I always stay there. The service is good.

On Sunday night they were working on the elevator and was making so much noise and 2 times it was so loud that it work me up from a sound sleep and scared me. The last year and this year they only have one elevator working.

The 2-queen room with handicap access was very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was AMAZING! They had plenty of options, including fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, waffles (strawberry and plain with lots of toppings), eggs, sausage, grits and oatmeal. It was a great way to start our day. The location is very close to Sam’s.

The breakfast staff were incredible!! The lady working Sat and Sun went above and beyond. She even walked us to the elevator when we were bringing breakfast up for our daughter before her volleyball game. Exceptional care and service. Front desk staff very helpful and super friendly

Clean room, well-maintained, helpful staff, easy freeway access. Also near a Sam's.

The only down side is that there are no restaurants in walking distance.

it was very clean and sanitized!! they had Lysol wipes and hand wipes ready for use. the staff was friendly and ready to assist with any needs and questions! Also, it’s cold right now outside BUT THE INDOOR HEATED POOL WAS EVERYTHING!!! It was close and convenient to the mall, Sam’s club and a gas station! loved it here highly recommend!

Hotel staff was nice. Facility was clean and cozy!

I was forced to either double park along side of another vehicle(uhaul freight) or park at a neighbor facility hotel and walk back over to my hotel with reservations. Upon my second time arriving back for the night; there were multiple uhauls taking more than one parking space, causing myself and other guests to park illegally. None the less, a guest left a nasty disrespectful note on my front windshield because I parked along side of their uhaul(not blocking them) that took up about 3 spaces.

Located right off the interstate . easy access to the Mall and other places we visited while in the area.

The property was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was fresh. We were asked each time we went to the desk if we wanted complimentary water. The buffet had several different options and the cook made sure every station was spotless throughout the morning.

We came and stayed for the second year in a row for the state high school powerlifting competition. Room was great. Beds were comfy. Used the coffee in the room and fridge. We loved the continental breakfast. Everything was great. We had a little of everything. Will stay there again next year
