The property was very beautiful and clean.

The breakfast area was very narrow and the food was not good. We were given our room keys and when we walked up to the room the door was open. I ooo po need the door and the room had not even been cleaned. So we had to haul all of our things back downstairs and wait for another room. They found us one but I had requested a room with a bathtub and he said I didn’t book through them so I could only get a room with a shower unless I wanted to pay more! I’m not laying mire for a bathtub when I’m only there for 1 night!

Very clean and nice room size. Convenient to Ike Hamilton Expo Center. Staff was friendly and helpful. Although we were there for 3 days, breakfast was never fully stocked and we were there at different times each day. (See photos) Also, not a fan of the preprepared sandwiches. Bread/buns were hard. I don’t eat yogurt, but I saw several people enjoying the yogurt machine and toppings.

The people and the room were very nice. Clean, comfortable and a safe area too.

Got overcharged $50 and can’t get an answer from staff for it Edit: after speaking with the asst gm, i learned that there is an extra charge to cover incidentals and it drops off as long as there was no damage or other incident. This wasn't listed in the policies but it appears to be a common practice.

Eva on the front desk was lovely and super helpful. Room was a great size for 2 people, clean, and had a great shower and a comfortably bed. The breakfast was great.

The front desk attendant was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar exceeded expectations! It was well stocked with plenty of healthy options, including fresh fruit, and other toppings for yogurt or oatmeal; also, had eggs and waffles, etc

The breakfast was good. I liked the facts you had blueberry, pecan and strawberry

My husband said it would be nice to have meat like bacon or sausage alone not in a sandwich

I appreciated how friendly the staff were 24/7. Very professional. And the room was very clean compared to other hotels i have stayed in.

We always go out of our way to stay at Home 2, staff is always super friendly, hotel is always clean, they are always in a good location & we feel safe there.

Super nice staff & very comfortable beds!

Keltric was pleasant and knowledgeable. The room was clean, smelled good, Decor and bedding was nice. The bathroom was clean. I nice touch having theshower gel and shampoo. They had plenty of towels. They also hadaseperatetrash canfor recycling.

They just need to make sure they bleached toilet seat fasteners.They were a little yellow.
