Clean, convient, friendly. The light wasn't working when I entered my room & the door closed abruptly behind me leaving me along in the pitch black of an unfamiliar room. I told the front desk & he said he'd fix it. I came in tonight & the light wasn't fixed but he had turned a light on by the bed so I wasn't in the dark. It was very endearing.

The entry light was out & I panicked for a moment in the dark until I could get my phone out & find a light that worked. The person at the front desk made sure there was a light on the next night.

The location is a short drive for food & things to do, including Old Orchard Beach & Funtown Splashtown USA. The breakfast is good w/ a good variety. The room was spacious enough for a family of 4. Although small, the kids enjoyed the indoor pool, which was clean. The price was also good for what we needed.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work & the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. The pillows are very lumpy & your head sinks into them, so that you’re head is flat like there’s no pillows at all, suggest people bring their own! The king size bed was good, but the sofa bed was very worn & lumpy & you could tell all the springs. My kids had a very hard time sleeping on it. When we needed linens for the sofa bed or when we needed towels/washcloths, we always had to wait hours long. Instead of giving my kids showers earlier on it was later at night because we were still waiting. The staff wasn’t rude, but wasn’t friendly either.

Our entire stay was very enjoyable. Breakfast was great.

The room could not be totally darkened because the curtain only covered about 1/3 of the window. We did not have internet access. After entering last name and room number, we got a message saying the information did not match the hotel's records. Data plan was also not reliable in the room.

The room was large, and had a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The location was great, close to highways, and restaurants. Parking was easy and plentiful. WiFi and cable TV worked well. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with both solid and liquid soaps.

The pullout sofa was not very comfortable. The breakfasts were predominantly prepared packaged food that was not very tasty, high calorie, and not very appealing. The sausage patties, and make your own pancakes were nice. Juices were also nice, but the coffee was not very palatable.

I've stayed here multiple times it's my go-to place in Biddeford, choices are limited as it is so it's nice to have a decent place. The staff is always courteous, breakfast is convenient usually not bad for a hotel breakfast.

A few issues with my card being declined multiple times for the room I don't know if it was on my bank's end or not no complaints other than that, that's minor

Clean!! Smelled clean room was clean! Location perfect 👍🏽!!! Breakfast buffet is as great!

Online photos of pool are way off! Pool very small we didn’t get to use it to many kids jumping everywhere! I feel like if your not going to use the pool there should be a deduction in price!

The day I arrived they were short handed with staff. I asked for early check-in and the man rudely said no. Also the man at the front desk was not in proper attire.,it looked like he just woke up and was dressed in casual

Spoke to Maria before our arrival- pleasant upon arrival desk clerk (I forget her name but she did tell me) was pleasant and answered all of my questions. smelled wonderful upon entering the lobby (in between the double door) and throughout entire hotel.

Nothing really. only one ice machine - on 2nd floor we stayed on first. I’d suggest putting it in the lobby / breakfast area more variety of fruit at breakfast.

Staff was great, room was very clean!

We only stayed one night so I can’t find anything I didn’t like, but when it’s dark in the morning and you are walking to your car the nights werent on so you couldn’t see. But nothing serious!!

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE FRONT DESK..DENSON WAS PLEASANT PROFFESIONAL AND QUICK TO MEET OUR NEEDS (IE EXTRA BLANKETS) THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD AND THE STAFF WORKED HARD TO KEEP IT WELL STOCKED.

The heater a/c unit was noisy and inconsistent..first too hot then too cool.
