This hotel far exceeded my expectations! The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I definitely want to recognize one staff member by name. Jimmy was exceptional and made the stay that much better. He possesses an amazing personality and desire to make your stay all It can be. Very impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. Also I took note of the gym they have on the premises. It’s just big enough and all the equipment looked to be in very good shape. Definitely something for anyone looking to exercise and this was also kept amazingly clean. Again, Jimmy is an asset to the profession and hotel. I will always stay there because of the above mentioned and the staff. I will most definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

There was seriously nothing to not like.

Everything was exceptional! I never write reviews but I have to share what a fabulous experience we had. I worked in the hotel industry for 12 years and this hotel is so well cared for and clean that we thought it was a BRAND new hotel. When designing the rooms, they thought of everything, from chargers and sockets by the beds to a few perfectly placed hooks for towels in the bathroom and a huge full length mirror on the door. Everyone working there was extremely helpful and kind, even offering us apple cider and freshly baked cookies upon arrival. All decorated for the holidays in beautiful colors, with the ambiance of a gas fireplace, we felt so welcome and we loved the sitting area. Breakfast was perfect. Location is ideal, just off the highway but tucked just far enough back that it’s peacefully quiet. We will be sharing this “find” with family and friends and will definitely return!

Nothing, everything was superb!

It was a very nice facility with nice staff. However, on last day the toilet did not flush. Thank goodness we were leaving. Also, bathroom has no heat so shower was uncomfortable stepping out into freezing air.

Minor issues like aforementioned and the TV stations were horrible. We could not find anything to watch because of awful selections. No brochure in room, no delivery service except Dominos pizza. Store at lobby had poor selection and cost was over priced. I spent $30.00 for poor selection when we didn't want to go out in the cold and get a hot meal.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was accommodating when our first room was not clean. Staff provided another room and all clean linens. They made the bed in front of us and checked the whole room to make sure it was spotless. Excellent breakfast. Sunday morning, fresh baked apple cinnamon scones were offered to all guests in the dining area. The operations manager cares about her guests and makes sure they feel welcomed.

Eggs and potatoes were cold on Saturday breakfast, but otherwise, the rest of the food was excellent.

Gentleman staff at the front desk for check-in was lovely. Very helpful, explained the in n outs of the inn. My room was upgraded complimentary because the hotel wasn't all booked up. The room was clean, and it was easy to control the heat and turn it off for the night to avoid the noise of it going on n off. It was a bit chilly in the morning but easy enough to turn the heat on. I was looking forward to using the pool and did for about an hour. There were some sweet young girls playing with each other in the po. Then the 2 fathers of the girls started talking not at all quietly, and the echoing was not at all pleasant. One of the fathers left after a while and then the other. I thankfully had some quiet pool time, which I really enjoyed. Breakfast was good, lots of selections.

Loud men in the pool area, actually only one was in the pool, the other standing talking loudly with other.. They were seemingly completely oblivious as to how 🤔 loud they were. I was not at all interested or involved in their loud echoing conversations....glad they stopped talking after what seemed like torture for 10 minutes or more. I'm kind of an old fart, I really like quiet!!

We stayed for a girls weekend for my nieces 5th birthday! We told the staff (Jimmy) what we were there for and he went ABOVE and BEYOND for us! He decorated the seating area for her, he even went as far as bringing his own stuff from home to decorate for us (it was frozen themed) so he had some Christmas decorations at home that he brought in making it extra special! We had such an amazing experience! We are definitely going to plan more stays there! Thanks again, Jimmy! You are phenomenal!

The staff were amazing! helpful, friendly, the hospitality was great! They even made a hot chocolate bar by the fireplace and we loved it! Cheers to Jimmy and Ryan for all their hard work! Everyone one made us feel so welcomed and we had a great trip. I give it a 10!

The windchill was at 15 degrees the 2nd day, but that's Maine, can't change Mother nature, we dressed accordingly

The room was updated and included a nice shower, refrigerator and microwave.

The room was not as clean at it should have been. The refrigerator was not very cool. The barn door for the bathroom/closet was very heavy and difficult to use for an older person. Also, if multiple people are in the room, no privacy for the bathroom. If alone, it probably makes no difference.

Breakfast was only okay, hot items limited.

Guest rooms supposedly serviced every other day, which is oaky, but sometimes ours was and sometimes not. Sometimes not completely, They’d get one trash can and not the other. In 5 days, beds made once. They’d often forget to replenish in-room coffee supplies.

I always choose to stay in small cozy inns because I love how detailed they are and how the atmosphere makes you feel like home, yet somehow this hotel made me feel that exact way. The staff is incredibly kind and sweet, the effort they put on the breakfast is very much appreciated (everything was delicious, from the homemade blueberry jam, to the omelets, to the red velvet pancakes), the pool was clean and its temperature was perfect, the rooms were neat and included microwave and fridge which is also awesome and not many hotels do. Overall everything was amazing and I want to thank the staff for such an amazing service❤️ I would hands down recommend this hotel to anyone!
