Great location, walkable to the center of town while still in a calmer location with plenty of onsite parking. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. Front desk staff were very kind. Overall, good value and simple comfort.

Walls and sound protection were very thin. Could hear guests in a different hotel across the parking lot having a party throughout the night, and could hear other noises of guests above me. If I stayed again I would bring earplugs or another way to cancel/block noise.

The room was comfortable and contained all the necessities. I liked the sliding glass doors and the Adirondack chairs. Proximity to everything Boothbay Harbor has to offer is all within walking distance. This was our 2nd stay at Boothbay Harbor Hotel.

The clothing rod is a little too high making it difficult to get a hangar on the rod. It's also a little too close to the bed. I felt like I was waking up in the closet! Lol!

Everything about our stay was a 10+ Could not have asked for nicer staff! The location was excellent for everything you might want to do and foot bridge was 3 minutes away. Sitting at waters edge for cocktails in the evening or sitting around a nice warm fire pit was also another choice!! GREAT PLACE!!! SECOND time visiting!

Ground level room with walkout to the garden and view of the harbor and pedestrian bridge. Great location to walk everywhere. Beds were comfortable. Option to use the toaster and complimentary coffee in the breakfast room. Budget hotel on a great location!

Room was very musty, we asked for a dehumidifier to get the moisture out of the carpet. This made a big difference. Not sure how it got that humid. The AC was on.

We had looked for a place we could just walk to restaurants and things to do there and it was just perfect for that. We loved the boardwalk. We went on a boat ride from there Just a wonderful time there. Shopping was so much fun lots of unique little places. The hotel staff were very nice.

Really nothing. Check in time was four but when we got there our rooms were ready and we got to put our things away and start our vacation!

Staff was super friendly. Room was clean. No issues with parking. We had a comfortable 2 night stay.

The electrical outlets were an issue for me. I have a CPAP machine and the plug would barely stay in the outlet. Same with my hair dryer and curling iron in the bathroom. The outlet was too loose for the plugs to stay in to keep the hair tools running.

You could make a cup of coffee and then go down to sit by the water. Very relaxing!

I wish you could have checked in a little earlier. You could not check in until 4pm and then you have to be out by 10am the next morning. Unfortunately I was only able to stay one night so it did not give me enough time to really enjoy the my time there.

Our room was very nice, good size, large fridge, microwave, flat screen tv. Nice balcony with a nice view of the water, boat and footbridge into town. Perfect location. Quiet and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend.

There wasn’t anything to complain about.

The location was perfect for a quick walk over the footbridge into Boothbay Harbor for dinner and exploring the local shops. It also had a nice view of the harbor. The staff were friendly and efficient. The included breakfast was tasty and definitely a good value. They had a variety of options including cold cereal, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, packaged pastries, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy as well as coffee, milk, and juice.

The sunset bar was not open and the firepits were not lit on the evening that we were there. I think this was because our stay occurred very close to the end of the season. It looked like it would have been a nice place to enjoy a drink and a view of the harbor if open.

Very nice room with sliding patio door on the first floor near the water. Nice big beds and very clean room. When we got there & checked in, we were sent to our room on second floor but the room was not made up. The check-in girl than gave us an upgrade to a great room on the first floor which was very nice of them.

Had coffee available in the dining room but no food at all was offered even if we paid for it.
