Breakfast was excellant! Almost every thing was there. Cold items were kept in the refrigerator but with easy access. Small sir down eating space but it worked as long as some didn't mind standing. Still easy access for food.

I wish there was water in a pitcher at breakfast. I am not a coffee or tea drinker. So I had to drink milk & (delicious) chocolate milk more than I really wanted because there was not even a pitcher of tap water. I asked. I went back to my water bottle in my room for water. I lodged in the older building. It could have been updated but it was clean and I guess it helped to keep the prices down.

It’s look family own from the office and sign,but the rest looks professional.The room and guests area are thoughtfully design. Very clean, very cute little place. Breakfasts was included and was surprisingly great. Choices of fresh fruits,cereals,milk,juice,pasty& bread. I love their danish. They were soft, tasty and not overwhelming sweet. I am a picky eater, but I ate 3…that’s how good they are.

They have electronic key pad, but inside the room does not have any physical lock that make solo travelers feel deep sleeping. If they add some chains door will be great.

The facility has several properties. I stayed in a single room in the motel which is older but well updated. My high rating is principally for the value factor. I needed to visit an old friend in assisted living and got a better than decent place to stay for under $100/night in May. If you want fully modern hotel no this is not it - that is double the cost or more. Positives - bathroom fixtures replaced and inserts, not entirely redone. The bed was very firm and comfortable and I am an old guy with a bad back so +++. Heating /AC is modular update and worked in al settings in the variable May weather. Luxury no - good comfort and value plus the décor was not cookie cutter - funky in a good way.

As it was May I did not check out the pool so I can't speak to that on facilities. The flat screen TV is smallish.

Our Room was totally clean. It was updated. The bed was very comfortable, we could have used one more blanket. The water here is nice and soft and is even drinkable! The hot water for bathing is good and hot. The Continental breakfast is just that, it was all fresh and pleasant. They had bagels and English muffins, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, and fruit along with yogurt. In the refrigerator was fresh, strawberries, and blueberries. If you want a hot breakfast at a good price, just go down the street to The Offshore Restaurant. We ate our breakfast under an umbrella outside on one of the tables. Richard And the three Sherries Were incredibly friendly and fun to chat with!

The Fan in the bathroom is a little noisy.

Breakfast doesn’t start until May but I can tell just by the care and personal touches that their breakfast will also be amazing. I loved the older cozy charm with all the modern comforts. I only stayed 1 night but I wish I could have stayed longer. I was on my way to open our own B&B and I know these guys are the real deal. I stayed there because they were the best deal in Rockland since it was a business trip but I got a lot more than I expected.

That’s a tough one but the address brought me to a different location at first. Certainly not their fault.

Breakfast was good and organized. We liked the quaint and friendly atmosphere. ALL.employees were very accommodating and pleasant. We liked it so well, we booked another night. The front desk gentleman was the most helpful.

I know we had a room that was completely remodeled. I can’t speak to the other cottages condition. I know they had to be clean as the advertisement printed. The cleaning staff was there most of the day! Thank you.

The motel is well located between Camden and Rockland, it was the perfect spot to rest on our way through the scenic Route 1. Breakfast was very thoughtful and nutritious, much better than many hotel breakfasts!

It was a little noisy as the motel was near the highway, I also heard the wind chime outside from the office, so it was a little hard to fall asleep at first. The room could certainly use some blackout curtains for better sleep.

It was very clean, and looked recently remodeled. Carry out breakfast selection exceeded our expectations

We got in, just as the office was closing, and asked where they would recommend for dinner. They only suggested fast food (one of which was closed). They failed to mention some cute local places that were open! Besides that though, they were friendly.

The breakfast provided in the lobby had many options, and the staff was extremely friendly. We had car trouble and didn't arrive when we originally thought, but the front desk found a way to make it work and we are very grateful. We would absolutely stay here again if passing through the area.

I needed budget hotel, away all day, just sleep at night, small room, breakfast. Claddagh met all my needs just great. Outdoor picnic tables were good for eating breakfast (no indoor tables).

Noisy exhaust fan in bathroom went on with light even when I didn't need it. Some people would have appreciated it, but I ended up not turning on the light.
