This room was booked extremely last minute after we had a bad experience with the place we originally booked. We booked and arrived 10 minutes later. The front desk had computer/internet problems and the two ladies at the front were doing their best to be helpful while technology was being a pain. We waited longer than we would've liked to get checked in but it was clearly out of everyone's control. No problems while we were there, stayed two nights and it was great. Breakfast was wonderful. AC was great, shower and bed was great. Room was clean and spacious. Didn't get a chance to swim in the pool. Loved it all.

I like that the people are very friendly and helped me locate a crib for my toddler as well as clean towels

The things I didn’t like we’re being overcharged several times now I have to go through my bank and file fraudulent acts as well as fraudulent notifications to booking.com for this hotel because the staffing overbooked my account six times, and I have the proof on my bank statements, and I only stayed and paid for the weekend Friday through Saturday and then when I got there, had to pay for an extra day because I forgot to book it but they overcharged my account six different times now. I have to wait to get my money back for fraudulent charges due to your employees At the front desk, mainly the night crew

Dog friendly, $25 extra a night, not bad. Large hotel, decent rooms. I see a lot of reviews saying it was dirty but the place seemed clean to me. Maybe outdated and in need of repairs, yes. Great location, 17 minutes from Maine Medical Center, purpose of our stay. 11 minutes from OOB. Road work being done through the maine entrance. Kids loved the pool. Open from 8am to 8pm. Loved the complimentary breakfast. Excellent customer service at check in & check out. Would stay again.

Our bathroom sink was leaking and our toilet had some issues. I know that would throw some people into a rage but I didn't find that too serious. Maybe if we were there for more than 2 days. Some staff not very friendly, especially when a simple question was asked, no big deal, in our experience these Maine people can be a bit grumpy lol.

Hotel was neat and clean. Loved that the room was big and had wood floors instead of carpet. King bed was awesome, really comfortable. The bathroom was big and the water pressure was amazing!!! A big fat thank you to the night clerk. She was so gracious in dealing with the fact that our online booking didn't show up on their computer. She also went above and beyond to find me a loner charging cord for my kindle! Nice to travel and have friendly, helpful staff!

PLEASE replace the kindergarten height toilet! That's the only negative of our stay. We talked about it and thought it's the perfect location for us, but that toilet may be a deal breaker....it's killer for anyone with back or knee issues.

everything very clean and nice area. very wonderful staff. love the fact i could have my dog with us. will come back in the near future would love to stay longer next time cant wait to use the pool in the summer time and be able to relax in the sun and have some fun

i didnt find anything wrong with the place. i enjoyed being grated by wonderful staff and a winderful place to come and relax and chill out with my dog just wish it was summer time and i was able to lay by the pool

We didn’t try the breakfast or pool but overall the hotel was good and the staff was super nice.

We really had no complaints. There was some messy spots in the room but we didn’t mind too much. The location was a bit weird though.

The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was adequate. The second room we were provided was very comfortable.

The entrance area to the hotel was gated off which did not allow easy access to the entrance of the hotel itself. The first room we were in had a defective light, one picture had been removed but the other remained, which looked odd. Someone parked in the handicapped space, showing no handicapped markings on their vehicle which impacted my wife who is handicapped. The parking lot had broken glass on the sidewalk and a soiled diaper along with feces on the ground near it.

After reading the previous reviews our expectations were low but we were very surprised when we arrived… The staff was very nice and very helpful. Diana (??) the overnight front desk employee was very nice and even made fresh coffee in the lobby upon request. The hotel was very clean and our room was like new. The sheets and towels in our room were excellent The pool was good with great towels but could have used a little vacumming. I work in a hotel and wish my hotel was this good. Will definitely be taking some ideas home with me!! Thank you all for a nice visit.

The pillows in our room were not that good and could use a change.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They would ask if everything was alright when they saw you. That was a nice touch! The location was very convenient to the Beach and Shopping. The Breakfast was very tasty and they offered a good variety for everyone and kept it fresh. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay !

Everyday we could smell the freshness of the groud being cleaned and the room wasn’t too humid, which is awesome

I liked everything but maybe the food could get a little improvement and the decor
