Large room. Friendly staff throughout. Great Mexican restaurant next door.

Was booked as bed and breakfast. On check-in I explicitly asked if breakfast was included, and was told no. I had to dig out the booking.com confirmation and show them that breakfast was included. Only then I got breakfast vouchers. Still had to pay the quasi-mandatory tip for breakfast. Wifi is not free, you have to be member of their loyalty scheme to get free wifi. This feels very archaic for a business hotel in 2024. I complained, and got a free login code.

Very clean and well lit garage. The lobby was spacious and the fragrance is phenomenal. Nice looking bar and restaurant area. Enjoyed a Caprese flatbread and Greek salad one evening. Very delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable and clean and the air conditioning worked very well. The bathroom could stand to have better lighting; was a little bit difficult to apply makeup. Great location for getting around downtown Bethesda. For the area, I believe the price was fair. I wish it was pet friendly because my husband and I like to travel with our dog and I definitely would’ve returned to enjoy a weekend away with my husband and my dog. It was fun for a weekend with my best friend to celebrate our high school reunion.

The fact that it is not pet friendly, but otherwise no real issues with the property at all.

The customer service was amazing. We had a problem with our room the first night where a lot of things weren’t working properly and Mr. Ricky was amazing with getting us a new room the next morning. He was very kind, helpful and understanding about the situation. Location was perfect to a lot of restaurants and stores all in walking distance or short drives. The rooftop pool was also a good spot to spend time. A little small for the amount of guests and kids but the ambiance and views were great. The hotel itself was beautiful as well. It had nice decor, was clean and very comfortable.

Parking lot can be tricky. Depending on the size of your car depends on where you can park. Parking was also tight in some spots. Our first room had a tub in the bathroom which it was not supposed to be due to the room we booked, and it didn’t have hot water. It also felt as if it was bulked and moving as if it was going to fall through to the next floor. Refrigerator in the room also did not work and the tv had a few imagine glitches. Thankfully they were all resolved the next day with the new room. The hotel also did not have extra wash cloths.

I recently stayed at The Bethesdan Hotel, Collection by Hilton, located at 8120 Wisconsin Avenue, USA, and would like to share my impressions. **An excellent choice for a comfortable stay!** The Bethesdan Hotel exceeded all my expectations. The hotel's location is very convenient. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. I was particularly impressed by the services provided by the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Special thanks to Sayora, who made our stay truly comfortable and pleasant. Her attentive attitude and professionalism deserve the highest praise. The breakfasts were varied and very tasty. Excellent conditions for both rest and work: fast Wi-Fi, convenient conference rooms, and cozy relaxation areas. The gym was well-equipped, which allowed me to stay in shape even during the trip. One of the main features of the hotel is the rooftop pool. The view from there is simply stunning, and swimming at such a height adds a special touch to the stay. It's a great place to unwind and relax after a busy day. I would also like to highlight the attention to detail and hospitality of the entire staff. They made our stay truly enjoyable and carefree. I recommend The Bethesdan Hotel to everyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay in this area!

This is the first time in 45 years that we’ve visited the Washington area. We came to visit the Washington Temple just a few minutes away and road the Metro a short walk away, into the city.

The bed pillows were shameful they were so bad. There was very little clothing storage space. I hate living out of my suitcase.

I had a really positive experience staying at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable and within walking distance from the NIH where I was attending a two day meeting. During my time in Bethesda I lost my wallet with all my credit cards and photo ID. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful through this ordeal. They reviewed the security check in footage with me to help me retrace my steps and the events around the time I lost my belongings, the manager offered me to dine at the expense of the hotel on the evening I was dealing with my lost property and clearly stressed out and panicking and they helped me locate the nearest police precinct to report my missing items. They also were flexible in accepting alternative methods of paying for my stay and working with me given the circumstances I found myself in. Every single staff member was kind and patient and helpful. It was nice to not have to worry about meals and paying for my stay while I sorted out how to access funds and get back home. They really took care of a guest in distress which reflects the nature of he business they run and he culture of the staff. I highly recommend.

The only minor gripe for me was paying 9$ a day for wifi access. Most hotels these days have free wifi access especially places which charge > 200$ a night

Everything was exceptional, everything. Great views, very clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. What more can I say other than very good. I"ll be staying their often for the next several months. .

The price of coffee and the slightly high price of the buffet. The views in the top floor was outstanding. I can't think of one more thing I didn't like. I would like a few more seats in the lobby to watch for shuttles.

The staff was pleasant when checking in and answered all questions. The room was beautiful and very clean, and extremely comfortable and spacious. Overall, the value of the room matched the price.

My partner and I could not work the shower. Perhaps we were being dumb, but there were two things to turn/pull and two ways for the water to come out and we had to push pull and turn multiple times before we finally made it work. I would have liked a piece of paper with instructions of some kind. Also, I didn't *love* that I had to become a Hilton Honors member just to use the Wifi. But that's small.

The "tapestry" hotels, as we found out, are independent hotels in the Hilton chain, so the whole experience was new and interesting. The hotel clearly had seen better days and was indeed a luxury place at some point-not so much nowadays, but regardles, a pleasant stay. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, helpful, answering all our questions. The best feature in the room was the combination bathroom/dressing room, which had a tub/shower combo, plus sink with very large countertop, in addition to clothes and luggage storage, refrigerator and coffee machine; it was a whole big, separate room with all the amenities one could look for in a hotel.

The ONLY armchair available in this king room was very, very uncomfortable (and we are not usually whining about things like this!). There was no couch, or additional armchair, or sitting area to begin with, or a usable coffee table or ottoman, to put your feet up. Just a minuscule side table, not very useful. There was enough space in the room, just not utilized. The TV wasn't working, thankfully my husband was able to address the issue, as he is quite handy, so we didn't have to request help at 10-11 pm. Breakfast was not included, but we don't usually eat breakfast anyway. The most unexpected thing: in order to have 'free' Wi-Fi, we had to sign up for Hilton rewards! Who doesn't offer free wifi nowadays, and moreover, in a 4 stars hotel?

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Mexican restaurant next door is great place to meet up. Ask for a room on the side away from Wisconsin Ave, traffic noise disappears. Short distance to the Metro, saved $50+ a night in exchange for a ten minute walk, need a ten minute walk every morning anyway.

I have stayed at this property many times, the pool has NEVER been open. Don't advertise it, show pictures of it, if it is never available. I would like to have used the roof deck even if the pool was closed.
