I appreciated having the option to have breakfast in the morning without having to leave the hotel. My room appeared clean and was stocked with towels and the bathroom showed it was treated w/ Lysol to ensure it was sanitized & disinfected! I also appreciated having name brand cleaning products at my disposal, for free no less. Every staff member I came into contact with was friendly and in these times that's a rare thing so I really appreciated that. The price of the room was very reasonable too.

I didn't see any notification for how well the room was cleaned to protect those with dog, cat, and other animal allergies. It would've been nice to know how the bedroom area is sanitized between customers for that.

Nice, clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Healthy breakfast. Very diversified customers, which makes the stay enjoyable. Free tea, coffee etc. readily available 24/7.

I'm a recurrent customer. Typically, booking by one of the hotel booking portals. Typically, if not prepaid, issues with maintaining the price from the booking. If prepaid, difficulties to obain th receipt. All concluded well, ultimately. Breakfast healthy but everyday the same.

Stayed here with a friend for two nights and it was perfect! Breakfast was awesome, room was super cozy and clean, large tv, nice shower, microwave and fridge in our room. The room was a little smaller than expected (which i liked) but we also had a king bed. Outlets by the bed on either side, free breakfast, all around perfect place to bunk for the weekend of M3. The location is right across the street from a Royal Farms, and is only about a 10 minute drive from Merriweather Post Pavilion. Will definitely go back for next year!

Breakfast was adequate, lady in charge super friendly.

No outside space to sit other than front of hotel. Would have been nice to have a table or 2 so that if you wanted to eat outside you could. Had to move to another room due to toilet issues that they said was fixed and was not. Got changed to a room that was handicap accessible, no big deal but beds super low to the floor for tall folks. Kind of a pain to have to move all of your stuff once you were settled in.

My travel got delayed and I wasn't able to check into my room on time. I called the hotel and spoke with Jena (I hope I spelled that correctly). I explained I would not be able to check in until the next morning, but that I still needed the room. Jena was kind enough to help me check-in electronically in advance so that I would not lose my booking. She was extremely helpful and professional - Hampton Inn & Suites is fortunate to have such an excellent employee at this location. Thank you again, Jena!

The staff was fabulous. We were always greeted with a smile. You have a great staff here. The entire premise was clean. There was staff always out and about doing different things cleaning, helping guests, etc.

The pool was out of order and had been for a while. Yes, we could use the pool in the hotel next to us. But it was the reason we booked this hotel. There was an alarm that was going off on the floor we were on, which was annoying.

The staff was wonderful, and the accomodations were very good! We try as often as possible to stay in Hampton Inns when we travel. We enjoy having a walk-in shower and appreciate the great breakfast! Hampton Inn South Columbia allows easy access to amenities such as restaurants within walking distance and a service station accross the street!

It would be nice if the pool was open during our stays

The breakfast room was nice and large. Good choice of eggs, waffles and cereal. Did miss bacon or sausage The beds and pillows we’re very comfortable Liked the gym ,good size even a peloton bike!

The first room we were in had a loud buzzing 215. I went to the front desk and we switched rooms. The front desk was very accommodating and the new room was nice! The pool was closed , no reason given. Water cooler in gym was empty, did find a water fountain in the hall with filtered water.

Breakfast was as expected. I do have one suggestion. I know it is impossible to have everything organic, but at a very reasonable price you could upgrade the hard cooked eggs to organic? It would be a perfect breakfast for those that are trying to lose weight or eat healthy..

Well, it is a nice hotel......easy parking, easy check in, decent rooms, clean, good beds......pretty nice

Clean, quiet, great air con, comfy bed & good location for my stay.

Free breakfast was not great. Front desk staff wasn’t very knowledgeable about check out and seemed confused. Also, check out should be displayed or discussed at check-in. A simple statement of how check out works and when it’s expected would’ve been far easier.
