The breakfast was excellent. It wasn't continental which I appreciated. They had a Belgian waffle station. There was always eggs and a meat option (meat is usually pork). If you don't eat pork you always have the option of buying your own breakfast meat and cooking it youself as the rooms have refrigerator, microwave, and electric stovetop. Close to highway. 10 minute drive from shopping mall. A few restaurants and fast food franchises in close proximity.

Not a true "fitness center". My partner was very disappointed. It's a small room with 1 elliptical, 1 treadmill and some free weights. If you're looking for more there a few fitness centers nearby.

Convenient location next to highway. Room was spacious and well lit. Nice beds and bathroom (except the sofa bed). Great full breakfast served 7am to 10am in a comfortable and modern common area. Plenty of free parking.

Some furnishings were a bit dated, like the creaky sofa bed with weird faux leather upholstery. Found crumbs and toys in the sofa bed, which wasn't particularly comfortable either. Other furnishings were more up to date. Not sure if this is typical, but we encountered a power outage accompanied by fire alarms going off throughout the night. Staff promised to make it up with a free night, but then said they couldn't because I booked through booking.com. Lol.

Beds are super comfy and the rooms are spacious. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The breakfast was also very good, especially considering it was included with the stay.

The hotel is nice, but it needs some updating throughout. The elevator is was very shaky and the carpeting is worn and dirty in several areas. That said, our suite was very clean, which is a definite win (I would rather have a clean room in an older hotel than a dirty room in a newer one!) We had a very nice stay.

I appreciated the Sonesta ES hotel stay for providing me and my children with a safe, clean, and comfortable place to rest. Everything was perfect for me, like the family-friendly atmosphere, spacious suites with kitchens for preparing meals, a complimentary breakfast that saved me money, available laundry facilities, and the hotel staff's understanding and compassionate attitude toward my situation. Dale, Raven, Sybil, Tara, & Jazzy , oh yeah cannot 4get Rob were like family. I wish I didn't have to leave.

Booked a King Studio Suite for a stay of 5 weeks totally. The room was incl a kitchen with all you need. A perfect bed so you are like new the next morning. The bathroom was in 2 parts, incl shower with Bath. Because I was leaving early every day I didn't take a breakfast only on the sunday and that was ok, the coffee was perfect. The room was cleaned very often.Enough parking lots available, a perfect staff and always friendly. In the direct area is a big supermarket and some very good restaurants.

Breakfast, great. Room was clean and I loved the kitchenette. Rooms were nice and quiet. The safe and laundry baskets are a great asset. Even though I was alone, room was nice and spacious for families to move around in.

Improvement, the tub was a little slippery while in the shower. Maybe placing something in there would be a good idea so someone doesn’t slip and fall.

The room was clean and quiet. Pet friendly. My dog came with me but make sure you tell them in advance that the dog is coming because they can only be on certain floors. A/C worked well and bed was comfortable.

The pool closed at 7 which was disappointing because it was still hot and light out. So we didn't get a chance to even use it which would have been really nice after a day of traveling. The breakfast buffet wasn't that great of quality either. The fried eggs were the pre frozen kind and rubbery. So were the pancakes. The milk was empty so I couldn't have any cereal. No yogurts or fresh pastries. Very basic institutional food service type breakfast

Breakfast was great. Good coffee, juices, milk, etc. Hot sausage, eggs and breads. Fruit and yogurt as well. Really nice dining area and it was kept very clean.

Parking was an issue on the first night. Several large trucks took up much of the rear parking lot.

The suite was clean and provided everything we needed. The staff was kind and very helpful!

The only complaint that I had was nothing to do with the staff or property. A few times the hallway had a bad smell. I think someone was smoking pot in one of the rooms. That’s not the staffs fault but that did bother me.

Accommodations made for three adults. There was a king size bed and a pull out sofa bed. There was no linen, pillow or blanket provided for the sofa bed! The person who slept there was too tired and disappointed to ask at a late hour for the missing items. (Slept on the unopened sofa) Obviously, our room wasn't appropriately set up for three guests. Why???
