Breakfast buffet was ok. My friend was happy with waffles, I'd have liked to have eggs in a more appealing form than the patty that was available. There was lots of variety though and I appreciated the oatmeal & strawberries. The location is reached by a very awkward turn, hard to see the cars coming at high speed toward the crossing. BUT I'll take this Marriott over the one in Frederick any day since getting on and off 70 is generally so much easier.

Downers - the plastic bag in the ice bucket collapsed with the force of the ice from the ice machine. Gah! Really hard to fill it & I like to have ice. Also the little fridge in the room was NOT cold enough to keep my ice cream sandwich from melting.

Location was great for the wedding we were attending at Rockland Estates! It was easily accessed off the highway and easy to get wherever we needed to go in Hagers town. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially during out check in and check out process. The suite was very clean and spacious.

The water pressure was a bit lacking, and the shower door didn't close all the way, so the water leaked into the bathroom itself, but it didn't not take away from our stay.

Breakfast was ok. Not fully stocked. Hot food was not obtainable as a guest was blocking access to the food as she berated a food service employee( breakfast and a show). The staff person did not handle the situation with the aggressive guestquite right. (She didn’t think her needs were being met and she was rude to employee. It made a whole uncomfortable vibe in the dining area for everyone there. So as the employee did his work he kept up his own rant about her out loud. Other guest felt like they needed to comfort the employee. He seemed angry and his verbal comments got heated. It could have been handled better. Coffee was hot and good.

The hotel still had the new feel after two years. Smoke free property! Exceptionally neat and clean, great workout room, nice pool! Very friendly staff! Easy access from highway!

Parking lot was littered with trash everywhere! Snacks and beverages are a bit pricey! Notified front desk that one of our LED lights in the bathroom was out which made the bathroom a bit dark, it was not repaired/replaced during our stay!

The breakfast was the best we've ever had at a hotel continental many choices and everything good, coffee was fantastic ! I'd like to know the brand. Love the small bar and the fireplaces made our evening ! Room was clean comfortable to beds were great. I'm 6'3"tall and for once had room. Large shower great and even TV was good with variety. Most definitely staying there again when we return which we will be !

Didn't care for loop on highway to u turn to get to you. Tough when foggy out !

The room's very nice updated and clean and comfortable. There were plenty of towels the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast that was served in the morning was very good and there were a lot of things to choose from.

The location. To get to the other direction it's a little tricky you need to make a u-turn to get on the highway to go in the opposite direction of where the hotel sits.

This hotel looked like it had just been built! It was very clean, spacious, and the location was great! The breakfast was great also! Everyone was nice and very helpful during our stay!

I didn’t like the fact that in a room that could hold up to 4 people there were only two wash cloths. I know we could always ask for more but it would have been more convenient to just have 4 in the room.

We always stay at the Fairfield Inn in Hagerstown. Best hotel in Hagerstown. Very clean, staff is very friendly. Rooms are big. The breakfast is very good.

For some reason they gave me a room for disabled people. There was a green motion light that kept me up all night. The bed in this room seemed exceptionally hard also. No, I didn't ask for a room change or complain. I will know to make sure next time it's a regular room.

Staff was wonderful. Rooms are very clean. Continental Breakfast was my only issue. The food was not good at all so we went out but to me that's not a big deal as long as the rooms were clean and nice. Have stayed here on 3 separate occasions and try to stay here each time we come to Hagerstown.

Breakfast. The food is not that great at all but hey, there are plenty of places around to eat. Main thing is that the hotel is clean and safe

love that is new, clean, reasonably priced, great location. breakfast was outstanding. we loved the hot choices that are individually wrapped, a much more sanitary way to serve food, and it was delicious! lots of other choices as well. very. very good.

everything was very good. the only complaint…the receiving person was not friendly and even a bit rude. she was abrupt, and contradictory. she did not seem interested in making us feel welcome. on the other hand. the young lady that worked the breakfast area was bright, friendly, efficient and helpful, which made it difficult to rate the staff negatively. however, I think it’s important to make your personnel department aware. the first person you encounter when checking in is important to the image of your establishment. just need a little more polishing in that area. the beds are not as comfortable as I expected, but close. 😊
