The staff was amazing and so friendly. Our son got sick and we needed a clean cover for the bed. The front desk was able to help us with that. To see all the cleaning staff on hand and they were all so polite and welcoming. I had a request due to our son being sick and the staff quickly taking care of it for us. To come back to fresh towels and our trash dumped was just so on point. Very clean overall. Breakfast was OK. The veggie omelets were so tasty. Our microwave did not work in our room, so the gentleman at the front desk reheated my pizza for me. Definitely would stay again if needed.

The pool is ICE COLD. Freezing 🥶. It was not bearable to swim in, and our kids were disappointed. We all attempted to, but freezing water is not good to swim in. The hot tub jets could definitely be fixed. You could see the chemicals just floating around and barely any pressure from the jets. The breakfast paper plates are super thin, and I felt like I was going to drop our food. The pancake machine is slow (please get a regular waffle machine or something). Our carpet in our room was a bit out of date, and the microwave quit working. Lastly, the toliet was flushing weird. At first, I wouldn't flush, then did like a double flush in this room (#237). I told them both issues so they could be addressed. Just fix the pool water temperature please!

The room was nice, clean, comfy.

The price wasn't what we pay for the same hotel 10 minutes down the road(booked or we'd stayed there). It was nearly $100 more($40 being refundable). The way the wording is when you're booking seems like your fees/taxes are included in your total price when that's not the case. The price includes taxes, but then there's an extra $40 added to that, which is refundable and we knew that, but it looks like the $40 should have been included with the total. We didn't realize it was not included in our total. So needless to say, had we known, we would've booked the cheaper hotel down the street.

Location, breakfast, gym, room and pool all amazing.

Not fair that people with dogs get charged an up charge. Most people traveling with their animals have very well trained animals. We should not be stuck in the oldest most outdated rooms AND pay extra on top of it. Hotels that are pet friendly should upgrade rooms to vinyl flooring instead of carpet and after a thorough inspection, if all is well in the room, charge the same price as other guests. An up charge should only be applied if the room is a mess or doesn’t pass inspection.

The hotel was super clean and inviting. Our room was great. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion. We were traveling through town with our pup and they were so accommodating. There are puppy bag/poop stations outside. It's in a quiet area with plenty of food options close by. Loved this hotel!

Nothing. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed with our dog, staff very accomodating to our room preferences. Room was immaculately clean. We left before breakfast but the area they seve it in is very beautiful and cozy with a fireplace. Pool area looked nice, including a hot tub. Very close (walking distance) to Outback and Chilis. There is a mall across the road.

Room could use some sound orooging/sound absorption like acoustic panels.

I asked for a room on first floor because of our dogs. Not only were we on the first floor, our room was next to a side door so we didn’t have to walk through the lobby. The pet walking area was great, lots of grass and space. We could walk to three different restaurants. The hotel is located within the grounds of a huge shopping center.

Waking up having a good breakfast. Hotel location made our trip easier to explore surroundings.

Did not like sleeping on the first floor near lobby. Noisy in hallway late in evening. A big mistake on me Also, TV only showed about 6 channels. No signal/freezing up, etc

Decent, clean room for a decent price. Fridge worked. Delicious bacon for breakfast!

The "handicapped accessible" bathroom was less than great. It was simply a tub with grab bars and a seat added, and one of the legs of the seat was bent, leading us to skip the shower. The toilet flushed very slowly. I missed the Gideon Bible. The juices at breakfast all had Stevia.

My Family and I Enjoy our stay and We love the Breakfast, pool, Jacuzzi and the Fitness room . Everybody was Pleasant😀

They need to clean the coffee pot we Couldn’t Make coffee in our room

location, right off 81 and near a variety of restaurants

was a bit dated in the rooms, needed some freshening up. wallpaper peeling, dingy carpet & bathroom. toilet was not totally bolted down so it rocked and made a lot of noise when using.
