Breakfast was great. Loved the different juice selection. The kids loved pancakes. I loved the selections of different toast and bagels.

This was not our first trip to this location. We love it. When I arrived I told the front desk help how we booked through a 3rd part, and he started to tell me about recurring customer discount. And how I would get a better rate just calling the hotel itself. We where so impressed with our stay I decided to get a quote from the front desk for another trip( perhaps in the next month). I was giving that price which was higher than expected but understood. But when I got home I just wanted to see if the price was the same as the 3rd party booker. IT WAS!! No discount at all I was lied too. But with that said we will still be staying with this hotel in the future, just a little annoyed. Thanks for the great vacation.

Location,ample parking,responsive staff, particularly the lady during breakfast who made us delicious eggs as we had requested that they be separate from the sausages that we don’t eat.

Ironing board would not open. We would also like to point out that it would be preferable to separate the eggs completely from where the sausage or other meat is served, as courtesy to those who cannot eat that stuff. It would be nice to have larger size pillows instead of the small ones 🙂

The room was spacious, the room Air-Conditioning unit was very quiet. Breakfast was reasonably good for the price. The beach was within walking distance but the boardwalk was 4-5 miles from the hotel. They had carts which was handy to move your luggage to your room. Plenty of parking spaces.

The breakfast area was claustrophobic with no windows. The lobby area is small with no place to sit.

The staff was awesome! We loved the location (we were going to Seacret's to hear our favorite band)which was a nice little 5-8 min walk, there was abundant parking, what we saw of the hotel was clean, our room had a view of the bowling alley next door and the canal, and the beds were so comfortable we almost missed our checkout time 🤦‍♀️

The only issue we had was the AC in our room didn't pull out the humidity so our non- wet clothes were damp.

The breakfast was not good. The pancakes were cold. The eggs were cold as was the sausage. We only ate there the first morning. After that we went out to breakfast. The lobby folks on all shifts were great. They were very helpful and are all a big asset to this operation.

The room floor was sandy when we arrived and still sandy when we left three days later. They only serviced our room one day out of the three.

Everything went well, the beach was close, our room was clean, the staff was friendly and kind. The only thing was the weather was very windy on that Tuesday to go to the beach June 20th, it rained all day on that Wednesday June 21st, but my friends and I will return next year, but we will just come to the beach when there is a nice day. The shopping was just down the street, pizza was excellent right down the street. shout out to Milones

Can't think of anything, The breakfast was excellent, the eggs were on point, kitchen staff was also friendly and approachable.

Breakfast was very good mix of traditional items likes Eggs, oatmeal, fruit, and pancakes. They also had yogurts, cereals, juice, and coffee. Food was good quality. Everything was top notch. The best part of the hotel was the level of service we received. They accommodated my wife's needs and myself more than what could be expected. There are very few properties that have the classic wonderful service meets excellent quality anymore.

Breakfast was good. Nice selection. Friendly staff. Location was perfect. We were there for St Pattys weekend and the parade was right out front. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Our bathroom. For some reason there was no vanity at the sink. No place to put our stuff in the bathroom.

Hotel was very clean with a pleasant staff and great value for the money. We easily walked across the street to the beach and were right next to a life guard. Our room was large and easily accommodated our family of six. The beds were super comfortable and we really appreciated having breakfast included.

There is only one slow elevator and the dining area for breakfast offers very limited seating. Only one parking space is granted per room so family members who drove separately and met us at the hotel had to park blocks away.

We were in the area of the weekend event, very helpful. We were also close to all the city had to offer.

We had a bad chemical odor in the room when we first arrived. We told the desk about it. The said maybe it was from the cleaning service. We went out for a couple hours and when we returned the odor had lightened up.
